Study On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of College Campus Culture Education In The New Era

In May 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his speech at the Congress commemorating the 200th anniversary of Marx's birth that "the soul of the country is based on culture,while the text is based on casting".University is an important place for inheriting,disseminating and creating advanced culture.The campus culture thus cultivated plays a very important role in cultivating the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics who developed morally,intellectually,physically and aesthetically in an all-round way.In the new era,university campus culture has made a series of achievements in educating people,on the other hand,there are also shortcomings.Effectively solving the problems encountered in the exertion of the educational function of university campus culture has both important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper mainly analyses the current situation of campus culture education,especially the outstanding problems and their causes.On this basis,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures,which are discussed in three parts:The first part defines the concept of campus culture and points out the performance of educational function;Campus culture includes material culture,spiritual culture,institutional culture and behavioral culture.It has the functions of stimulating the potential of teachers and students,uniting the hearts and minds of the campus,standardizing the behaviors of teachers and students and shaping the new generation.The second part analyses the current situation of university campus culture education,especially the prominent problems and their causes.This paper expounds the achievements of campus culture education in the new era in terms of basic conditions,spiritual guidance,safeguarding atmosphere and enriching teachers'and students'extracurricular life;it points out the outstanding problems still existing in the new era,such as the low cultivation of teachers and students,the insufficient cohesion of teachers and students,the insufficient standardization of behavior and the insufficient participation of teachers and students;it analyses the reasons such as lack of investment in cultural construction funds,focus on imitation,failure to keep up with the reality of the school,static regulation mechanism of management system and weak brand of activities.The third part,aiming at the problems and causes mentioned in the second part,puts forward the countermeasures to promote campus culture education in the new era,which is the starting point and the foothold of the research.This part puts forward countermeasures from four aspects:campus material culture,university spirit,system and cultural activities.
