In order to speed up the village P.E teachers' profession development progress in our province, mustalleviate teacher's pressure effectively in the foundation of strengthening management, and enlarge the school P.E lawmaking progress and normalize the school education system, and also build up the school management system oriented teacher professional development; Must re-examine the P.E teacher value and enhance the village P.E teacher's position and treatment, and further exert the government predominant function to push each district educates teaching resources balanced development; Must face reality and push forward the village foundation educational of information-based construction, and build up the sound village P.E teacher's evaluation system, and study the road suitable for the village P.E teacher's professional development.
