In order to further understand the realistic conditions of the village P.E teacher's professional development, to help the teacher personal, the school and the educational governor to find out some effective ideas, this text carried investigation and analysis on city country high school incumbency P.E teacher's educational background, title, age, professional morals and the character structure etc., and teacher profession development motivation, method, contents and influence factor etc. by making use of the cultural heritage data method, questionnaire survey, interview method, mathematics covariance method, comparison method, logic analysis method and so on. And made further studied in the currently realistic condition of the village P.E teacher profession development process in existent. Now draw a conclusion by investigation and research as follows: the profession development level of village P.E teacher in Fujian is still in lower level; the teacher's social status and economic treatments are widespread lower; the " examination culture" and schools managing concept are a main factor to affect the teacher professional development; the incumbency development mechanism of the village P.E is lack of system; the profession development level of the village P.E teacher is behind in city teacher. In order to speed up the village P.E teachers' profession development progress in our province, mustalleviate teacher's pressure effectively in the foundation of strengthening management, and enlarge the school P.E lawmaking progress and normalize the school education system, and also build up the school management system oriented teacher professional development; Must re-examine the P.E teacher value and enhance the village P.E teacher's position and treatment, and further exert the government predominant function to push each district educates teaching resources balanced development; Must face reality and push forward the village foundation educational of information-based construction, and build up the sound village P.E teacher's evaluation system, and study the road suitable for the village P.E teacher's professional development.
