As the further development of education reform, people pay more and more attention on the view that teachers become the key factor during education reform. It has become the common target of the world to focus on teachers'growing, improve teachers'specialization development and train and build a contingent of high-calibre teacher including preschool education. It is the basic stage in permanent education. Recently it is put first things first to build up researchful nursery teachers, who are good at recollecting study, researching and pratising. Its aim is for the flourishing development of preschool education and for young children's blooming.This study stressed the request for teachers'specialization development. We analysed the connotation, attainment of researchful nursery teachers and the factors that influence the specialization development of them, especially the study of education tactics, including (1) providing system security for teachers'specialization development;(2) building reasonable studies constituting a curriculum;(3) improving inner quality for scientific researches;(4)pay great attention to the resonsideration of the teaching practice;(5) completing "kindergarten training" mechanism;(6) strengthening the co-operation between nursery teachers;(7) establishing reasonable evaluation system.
