The Reform of basic Education in China Since then,The reform of curriculum and teaching in the field of mathematics in primary school continues to advance in depth.It is the key link to determine the success or failure of the curriculum reform whether the mathematics teachers in primary school are competent for the implementation of the new mathematics curriculum teaching in primary schools.Under the current policy environment of teachers'team construction in China,the construction of high-quality professional teachers put forward new requirements for the professional development of primary school mathematics teachers,which also includes the development of primary school mathematics teachers' professional competence for teaching work.In this context,the primary school mathematics teachers teaching competency development,that is,Primary school mathematics The teachers show themselves in the situation of teaching work.Successful implementation of teaching Comprehensive ability Development must be valued.But the author combs the literature and talks with the first-line primary school mathematics teachers,and finds that the primary school mathematics teachers'teaching competence development faces many practical difficulties,such as the lack of teaching competence,the poor promotion effect and so on.Although some scholars have done a lot of research on the competence of teachers,there are few researches on the competence of teachers in different branches of study.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this study tries to explore the development level and approach of primary school mathematics teachers'teaching competence,in order to promote the improvement of primary school mathematics teachers'teaching competence level.The research focuses on the following three aspects:(1)understanding The present situation of teaching competence development of primary school mathematics teachers,To explore the higher level of competence in teaching Teachers and A general level of competence in teaching Teachers,its Teaching competence Significant difference Factor?(2)Analys It leads to the difference of teaching competence level of mathematics teachers in primary schools.Influencing factors And how these factors work.(3)probe into the promotion of mathematics teachers in primary schools High level Teaching competence development The effective path of Diameter.By using literature analysis and group focus interview,this research constructs the teaching competence structure of primary school mathematics teachers,and divides the teaching competence of primary school mathematics teachers into three dimensions and 12 factors.The structure of teaching competence of primary school mathematics teachers is divided into three dimensions and 12 factors by means of literature analysis and group focus interview.Then go deep into the elementary school mathematics teaching classroom observation,collect the situation event to write the questionnaire question;interview with 10 teachers of different development stage,collect the influence factor and question of the primary school mathematics teacher's teaching competence development.Finally,use SPSS20.0 data statistical analysis software makes detailed descriptive statistics,correlation statistics and regression statistics on the data collected through questionnaires and interviews,so as to analyze the current situation of primary school mathematics teachers'teaching competency development.Influencing factors and problems in the process of development.In this study,through the analysis of the results of the investigation,The teaching competence of mathematics teachers in primary school is on the middle level,And"Communication and Cooperation" is its downward trend Aspects The main influencing factors of primary school mathematics teachers' teaching competence include colleagues,school,pre-service education and on-the-job training.Whether these factors play a role or not,the key lies in the professional characteristics of primary school mathematics teachers:enterprising and lifelong learning.In view of the conclusions and the important problems found,this study suggests that the development of primary school mathematics teachers' competence in teaching can be carried out from the following aspects:1.develop teachers'personal professional characteristics:Teachers should keep their initiative,and the development of teaching competence should be based on the following aspects:(1)Teachers should keep their initiative.Actively carry on the self-teaching evaluation;(2)Teachers should set up life-long learning consciousness and set up suitable for themselves.(3)Teachers should make a career development plan for teachers,effectively debug the "plateau response".2,to give full play to the functions of serving schools,schools should:(I)create a good atmosphere of cooperation,give play to the role of colleagues;(2)To create a supportive organizational atmosphere;(3)to deepen school-based educational research.3,to give full play to the role that pre-service education should have:(1)adjust the curriculum of normal colleges and universities;(2)Ensure that education is seen in the quality of the internship.4,improve on-the-job training results:(1)enrich the form of training;(2)reshaping the content of training;(3)Arrange training time reasonably.
