A Guidance Research Of Contemporary Postgraduates' Happiness View

Happiness is the ultimate goal and destination of life,and everyone has the right to pursuit happiness.To help contemporary postgraduates establish a scientific and healthy concept of happiness is conductive to meeting their growing needs for a better life,to ensuring the completion of the fundamental tasks of strengthening morality in colleges,and to realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article consists of four parts:The first part is to elaborate the theoretical premise of the contemporary postgraduates' happiness concept of the research.Unlike happiness,the feeling of happiness and subjective well-being,happiness view is a general and fundamental view of what happiness is,why it should be achieved,and how it should be achieved,based on a certain world outlook,outlook on life,and values.It mainly includes such factors as happiness cognition,happiness goal,happiness means,and happiness expectation.The theoretical sources of happiness view mainly include traditional Chinese Happiness View,Western Traditional Happiness View and Marxist Happiness View.The second part is to elaborate the present situation of happiness view of contemporary postgraduates.The survey results show that there are the following characteristics of the happiness concept of contemporary postgraduates:happiness cognition is overall clear but not deep,the happiness subject tends to be one-sided and the dedication consciousness is not strong,the happiness goal orientation is multiple and the personal consciousness is strong,and the happiness'realizing way is pragmatic and initiative,the happiness expectation is optimistic but weak in willpower.Meanwhile,different groups,gender,grades,majors,regions,family status of the postgraduates'happiness also show their own different characteristics.The third part is the analysis of the main factors that affect the happiness view of contemporary postgraduates.The main factors that affect the happiness view of contemporary postgraduates are not only the objective reason,but also the subjective reason of the master's own aspect.The unprecedented development of market economy,the rapid development of multi-culture,the increasing level of science and technology,and the self-perception,personality characteristics,and growth experience of contemporary postgraduates all affect their happiness.The fourth part is the introduction of the guiding paths of the happiness view education of contemporary postgraduates.We should adhere to the basic concept of material and spiritual value,integration of single and multiple elements,and integration of individuals and society.We should promote the education method of happiness view of contemporary postgraduates by strengthening theoretical education,practice exercise,self-education and psychological guidance,to constantly urge contemporary postgraduates to improve their happiness cognition,enhance their happiness experience,realize their happiness emotions,and help them solve their happiness confusion;we should create a democratic and warm.family atmosphere,create a healthy and harmonious campus culture,provide good conditions for employment and entrepreneurship,and strengthen mass media supervision and administration.
