If the country wants to be revitalized,it must respect teachers and attach importance to teachers who impart expertise and technology.If the teachers are respected,the legal system of the country can be preserved.At the National Education Conference held in September 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed that education is the foundation of the country and the party,putting education at an unprecedented height.Teachers are the base of education.A high-quality teaching team plays an important supporting role in the reform and development of the entire education system.In recent years,research on teacher professional development and teacher professional knowledge development has been increasing,but there are few studies in combination with specific disciplines.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the research results of the predecessors,combined with the specific situation of the professional knowledge of the junior high school PE teachers in Luanzhou,an in-depth investigation and study on the mastery of the professional knowledge of junior high school PE teachers in Luanzhou was carried out.This paper takes the professional knowledge of junior high school PE teachers in Luanzhou as the research object,and uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the individual conditions of the junior high school PE teachers in Luanzhou and their mastery of professional knowledge.By means of analyzing the problems in the teaching body and the development of professional knowledge of junior high school physical education in Luanzhou and discussing the influencing factors that restricts the development of professional knowledge of junior high school PE teachers deeply,this paper put forward several systematic and operational suggestions to promote the overall level of professional knowledge of junior high school PE teachers in Luanzhou.The results showed that :(1)There were more male teachers than female teachers in Luanzhou junior middle school PE teachers;the age group of “31-40 years old” has the largest number of teachers;the number of teachers of “11-20 teaching years” is the largest,accounting for 34%;the number of “medium-grade professional title” accounted for71.3%.Most of the teachers graduated with a bachelor’s degree in “physical education”.(2)The overall level of professional knowledge of junior high school PE teachers in Luanzhou is low,and the knowledge of all dimensions from strong to weak is:physical education teaching knowledge,educational knowledge,physical education knowledge,and general knowledge.(3)There is an imbalance in the mastery of the internal knowledge of the four dimensions of education knowledge,physical education subject knowledge,physical education subject knowledge and general knowledge in Luanzhou junior high school PE teachers,which affects the development of the overall level of professional knowledge of junior high school physical education teachers in Luanzhou.(4)There are significant differences in professional knowledge between junior high school PE teachers in different “professional titles”,“teaching age” and “urban and rural" backgrounds;there is no significant difference in the mastery of professional knowledge between junior high school PE teachers with different“gender”,“education”,“age” and "professional" backgrounds.(5)The professional knowledge development of Luanzhou junior middle school PE teachers was affected by both internal and external factors,including factors such as “lagging pre-service education courses”,“poor effectiveness of post-service training”,“complicated tasks of teachers”,and "weak awareness of professional knowledge development”.
