With the development of educational information technology,online learning is becoming more and more popular.Worked-examples are the main forms of online learning in mathematics.However,how to set up the form of online worked-example learning is still worthy of further exploration.It has been found that the difficulty and quantity of mathematical operation steps determine the form of worked-example learning in off-line mathematical learning.There are significant differences in form and operation between offline learning and online learning in mathematics.Therefore,does the difficulty and number of mathematical steps affect the form of online worked-examples as well? This study uses E-prime to design three experiments to discuss this problem:In experiment 1,the effect of online worked-example learning without critical steps in mathematical operation was investigated.In this paper,five different online worked-example forms are designed,and we also investigated the influence of five online worked-example learning forms on the learning effect of the mixed operation rules of braces in the third grade pupils.It turns out that the online worked-example form has no significant effect on the non-critical operation rule learning.In experiment 2,the effect of online worked-example learning for mathematical operations with one key step was investigated.A complete worked-example and an additional feedback worked-example were designed in the experiment,and the influence of two online worked-example forms on the learning effect of three-digit addition and subtraction operation rules of the third grade pupils was investigated,and we also investigated the influence of two online worked-example forms on the learning effect of three-digit addition and subtraction operation rules for the third grade pupils.The results show that the learning effect of the additional feedback worked-example form is significantly higher than that of the complete worked-example form.In experiment 3,the effect of online worked-example learning for mathematical operations with two key steps were investigated.A complete worked-example and an additional interpretation worked-example were designed in the experiment,the influence of two online worked-example forms on the learning effect of double-digit multiplication operation rules in third grade pupils was investigated.The resultsindicate that the learning effect in the form of additional interpretation worked-examples is significantly higher than that of the complete worked-example form.
