Research On The Cultivation Mechanism Of College Students' Network Civilization Literacy

With the rapid development of information technology,human society has entered the Internet age.The Internet is a double-edged sword,which brings great convenience to people's lives,but also inevitably brings some negative effects.Network civilization literacy is an important part of college students' comprehensive literacy.Network civilization literacy cultivation is an important way to guide college students to use the network correctly.In order to solve the ideological and behavioral problems of college students in the process of surfing the Internet and promote the overall development of college students.It is necessary to construct the cultivation mechanism of college students' network civilization literacy to enhance the network civilization quality of college students and standardize their thoughts and behaviors in cyberspace.Constructing college students'network civilization literacy cultivation mechanism is very significant to improve college students' network civilization literacy.It is hoped that this research can optimize the cultivation mechanism of college students' network civilization literacy,enhance their network civilization literacy,promote their overall development and promote the civilization and progress of the whole society.In addition to the introduction,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of college students' network civilization literacy and cultivation mechanism.On the basis of understanding the connotation and characteristics of college students' network civilization literacy,this paper defines the connotation,onstituent elements and characteristics of college students" network civilization literacy cultivation mechanism.The second part analyzes the current situation of college students' network civilization literacy cultivation mechanism.Through the way of sending out questionnaires,colleges students from different grades and majors in seven universities in Tianjin were selected as research objects to investigate the basic situation of college students' network civilization literacy cultivation mechanism.Although some achievements have been achieved,there are still some problems to be improved.In the third part,there are several reasons for the problems in the cultivation mechanism of college students' network civilization literacy.The reasons include not only the reasons for college students themselves,but also the educational methods of universities.the incentives and evaluations of network media.and the impact of complex social environment.The fourth part is the path of the construction of college students' network civilization literacy cultivation mechanism.From the aspects of college students themselves,universities,network media,government and so on,this paper puts forward the way to construct the cultivation mechanism of college students' network civilization literacy.
