With the continuous progress of society, the Internet has brought profound changes to human society. As the most dynamic area of development today, the Internet has brought rare opportunities for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and it has also put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of advanced talents in China. The word "Internet" appeared eight times in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that he is "good at using Internet technology and information technology to carry out work." The Internet will have a negligible impact on a person's ideological, political, moral and psychological development. In today's society, the Internet is an important channel for people to obtain knowledge and information, especially for college students in the new era.On April 13,2017,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Medium and Long-term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)",which explicitly proposed the "Youth Network Civilization Development Project" and required "to guide the majority of young people to go online in accordance with the law, civilized and rationally, and strive to be 'good Chinese netizens' ".Under the background of the new era,it is not only an inevitable requirement for the development of Ideological and political education and quality education, but also an inevitable requirement for college students to combine their personal ideals with the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and consciously practice the socialist core values to strengthen the cultivation of College Students' network literacy and enhance their network literacy. Therefore, the research on the cultivation of College Students' Network Literacy in the new era has not only theoretical significance, but also practical value. In addition to the foreword and conclusion, this article is divided into four parts: The first part is about the theory of network literacy cultivation of college students in the new era. This part starts from the macro to the micro, and first starts with the concept of network literacy,so as to further clarify the concept and main content of network literacy of college students, and then leads to the composition and role of network literacy cultivation of college students. The second part is the status quo of network literacy cultivation of college students in the new era.Through the questionnaire survey, five college students of different grades and majors in Changchun City were selected as the research object to conduct a survey.Through the statistics and analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey, the current situation of the cultivation of college students' network literacy was deeply understood. It can be seen from this that, although college students have invested a certain amount of energy, adopted certain methods, and achieved certain results, there are still many problems that need to be resolved and need to be further improved. The third part is about the problems and causes of the cultivation of college students' network literacy in the new era.Based on the status quo of network literacy cultivation of college students, several outstanding problems are summarized and their causes are analyzed. The important factors leading to the problems are the government, universities and college students themselves. The fourth part is the cultivation path of network literacy for college students in the new era.Aiming at the several important factors mentioned above, corresponding to the three aspects of nurturing the environment, nurturing the subject, and nurturing the object, this paper proposes a path to improve the cultivation of network literacy for college students in the new era.
