"International understanding education stems from all international issues and the world problem of the emergence and resolution for beginning with the hearts of the people.It is up to the people to build understanding and cooperation in the hearts of the people." By cultivating students' ability of international understanding and emotional attitudes,they can communicate and live together and cooperate with each other.However,China began to attach importance to the international understanding education originated from Deng Xiaoping's positioning of the three aspects of education.Since therin,both the central and local education departments have issued a series of policy documents related to intermational understanding of education,to put international understanding education into practice.It is require that school develop an excellent culture rooted in their own people for students,understand multiculturalism,have a skeptical eye for others' cultures,respect others,conduct an equal dialogue with others,also value environmental,human rights,and equality issues.At present,the research on international understanding education in some developed cities in China is increasing.A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of international understanding education in some primary schools of Changde,Yueyang and Loudi areas of Hunan Province.The statistical analysis of the survey data was carried out by SPSS data analysis software,and the conclusions of this study were obtained.It is found that the development of urban international understanding education is higher than that of urban and rural areas.Younger,shorter-age teachers and other professional teachers pay more attention to international understanding education.The educational level of parents has a greater impact on students' international understanding education.Then the attribution analysis of the problems in intermational understanding education is concentrated in the lack of targeted policy guidance, limited regional radiation,the implementation of curriculum in the basin,the low professional quality of teachers,and the single evaluation method.In response to these existing real problems,the corresponding solutions are proposed.The policy guidance guarantees the operational mechanism,poverty alleviation in regional development,step-by-step implementation of the curriculum,special training in teacher training,and multiple evaluation methods.And adhere to student-oriented in the compilation of school-based curriculum.
