At this stage, the basic problem of badminton course is less class hours.it is difficult to completenormal teaching. Therefore, improving within the prescribed time, and the quality of the course can not be guaranteedstudents' self-efficacy level is an urgent problem to be solved.challenge, inordertomaintainstudents' self-confidencein their future life and learning, more importantly.A good teachingmode isindispensable.Byconsulting the relevant literature extensively, this paper has made a preliminary understanding of thecurrentsituation, implementation methods and theoretical support of asynchronous teaching in Colleges anduniversities.Taking the students of badminton elective course in Shandong Institute of Physical Education in2016 asthe researchobject, this paper conducts an experiment on the effect of asynchronous teaching onstudents' self-efficacy andachievement, and verifies the predicted results. In this paper, two groups of experimentswere used. The experimental group was an asynchronous teachingmethod, while the control group was a general teaching. The experiment lasted 18 weeks.Theexperiment adopted different teaching methods as independent variables, methodand made a comparative analysis withself-efficacy,special physical fitness and final examination scores asdependent variables.(1)there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the controlgroup in;0.05),indicating that the experimental group students' self-efficacy level self-efficacy level(p $ltissignificantly higher than that of the control group students, and the implementation of asynchronous teachinginbadminton class has a significant impact on improving students' self-efficacy;(2)There are differences in the. There was significant difference in performance of badminton between the experimental group andthe control grouptechnical level(p < 0.05).The experiment proves that theimplementation of asynchronous teaching in badminton classcansignificantly improve the level of badminton.
