Research purpose: At present, insufficient exercise motivation at the individual level of students has become a core factor for the weak development of students' physical fitness. For 20 years, the fundamental purpose of the implementation of the National Standards for Student Physical Health is to promote the development of students' physical health through the process of educational incentives, feedback adjustments, and guided exercise. It can be seen that the degree of college students' attention to the results of physical fitness test is an important target factor for the implementation of the "Standard".Will it have a positive impact on the adherence of college students' exercise? And what is its specific mechanism of action? The discussion on this issue will further improve the theory of exercise behavior, and at the same time,it can also provide a practical basis for physical education in colleges and the intervention of students' physical health promotion. To this end, this study will be based on self-determination theory and goal-oriented behavior theory, using exercise internal motivation and exercise intention as intermediary variables, and exploring college students' physical measurement results focusing on the impact of exercise adherence and the mechanism of action.Research method: The study first selected 149 college students(male=86,female=63)to conduct an open questionnaire survey, draw up relevant interview outlines, and conduct interviews with 21 college students(male=11,female=10).Through qualitative analysis, determine the main factors that college students pay attention to in physical test results. Then select 1,219 college students(male = 642,female = 577,age = 19.31 ± 1.14 years)from two universities in Zhejiang Province and two universities in Jiangsu Province, using the self-edited "Physical Test Results Concern Questionnaire" and revised "Exercise Adherence Questionnaire","Exercise Internal Motivation Questionnaire" and "Exercise Intention Questionnaire" were investigated and studied. In terms of statistical methods, the Chinese version of NVivo11.0 software was used to encode and classify the interview data to determine the content dimensions of the physical test results of college students;SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used to analyze the questionnaire survey data.Specifically, independent Sample T test and one-way analysis of variance to explore the populationcharacteristics of college students'attention to physical test results and exercise adherence;use stepwise regression analysis to explore the predictive effect of college students'attention to exercise adherence;use Bootstrap method and structural equation modeling method to explore Undergraduates'internal motivation and intention to exercise play a chain-like mediating role in the relationship between physical test self-comparative attention and exercise adherence.Research result:(1)Concern for physical fitness test results of college students refers to the degree of concern and importance of college students on the results of physical fitness test. The specific content dimensions are: "standard" evaluation concern, physical fitness test self-concern and physical test others;(2)There are differences in gender, grade, physical fitness level, and body shape evaluation of college students' physical fitness test results and exercise adherence;(3)The focus on physical fitness test results of college students is significantly related to exercise adherence, and the focus on physical fitness test results can predict exercise adherence.Among them, the focus of physical self-assessment is the dominant factor in predicting exercise adherence, effort input, and emotional experience factors. The "standard" evaluation focuses on the most predictable exercise behavior.(4)College students' self-contrast in physical test has a significant predictive effect on exercise adherence, with a total effect value of 0.3728.Among them, exercise internal motivation exerted a significant mediation effect, with an effect value of 0.1026,accounting for 27.52% of the total effect;exercise intention also exerted a significant mediation effect, with an effect value of 0.1354,accounting for 36.32% of the total effect. The interaction between exercise internal motivation and exercise intention also played a significant chain mediation effect, with an effect value of 0.0902,accounting for 24.2% of the total effect, while the direct effect of physical self-comparison on exercise adherence did not reach a significant statistical significance,With an effect value of 0.0446.Analysis conclusion:(1)The focus of physical fitness test results of college students has a predictive effect on exercise adherence. The research predicts us: In order to effectively promote the adherence of college students' exercise, while ensuring that the "Standard" evaluation focuses on interventions, more attention should be paid to interventions that pay more attention to college students' physical self-test and others.(2)College students' self-focused comparison of physical test has a predictive effect on exercise adherence. The mechanism of this predictive effect is mainly an indirect effect of internal motivation and exercise intention of exercise. That is,college students' self-focused comparison of physical examination cannot directly affect individual exercise adherence.Rather,it promotes the persistence of exercise by enhancing the internal motivation of exercise and the indirect path of exercise intentionof college students. The study predicts us:in order to ensure the positive effect of the intervention of physical self-comparison on college students'exercise adherence,we must pay attention to the mediating role of exercise internal motivation and exercise intention in their relationship.
