The starting point of this study is the representation of three adolescent cases of identity crisis in practice.After sorting out relevant literatures at home and abroad,the identity crisis is operated into six dimensions:behavior,intelligence and school condition,physical appearance and attribute,anxiety,social group,happiness and satisfaction.Through the questionnaire and interviews in the form of a docking case,assessment requirements,and select the cognitive behavior intervention method,effect of intervention in practice to verify the model.After applying cognitive behavioral model to intervene case 1,the author repeatedly compared the similarity of three case data,and then intervened case 2 and case 3 with similar methods.The results show that through the successful verification of three cases,the author finds that the intervention of cognitive behavior pattern has a certain degree of reliability;Through the evaluation of three aspects of the intervention results,the author finds that the cognitive behavioral pattern can alleviate the identity crisis and has certain validity.Therefore,adolescents in identity crisis need social work intervention and cognitive behavioral pattern intervention in identity crisis can see more possibilities.Finally,the author discusses four factors that may affect the effect of intervention:the change of the client's consciousness,the comprehensive diagnosis of the problem,the application of professional technology,and the digging of the deep reasons.
