General Secretary Xi Jinping mentioned the Internet many times in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The strategy of China's Internet power is steady and the construction of Internet infrastructure is accelerated.The Internet has increasingly penetrated into all aspects of modern life.The emergence and development of the Internet not only promoted the advancement of science and technology and the convenience of lifestyles,but also created a large number of excessive Internet users,that is,the “Internet addiction” problem we are discussing here.Adolescents in the growth stage,facing complex and changeable network information,facing the pressure brought by academics,families,communities,and schools,are extremely apt to indulge in the virtual world of the Internet,and invisibly affect their physical,mental,and development And behavior.Therefore,the intervention research on Internet addiction is very important.How to give full play to the positive functions brought by the Internet to provide effective services and assistance for individuals is one of the directions for our social workers to work for in the future.However,there are endless treatment methods for “Internet addiction” adolescents,and many treatment institutions have targeted parents' desire for their children to quit “Internet addiction”and return to a healthy and normal learning life,or take some extreme methods to help young people quit “Internet addiction”For high returns.However,sometimes these extreme methods not only do not help young people get rid of “Internet addiction”and return to reality,but because of excessive treatment methods,they cause some damage to the physical and mental health of young people to varying degrees.And even if the "Internet addiction" is temporarily relieved under high pressure,but without this specific oppressive environment,“Internet addiction” teenagers may soon return to the online world.Therefore,we need to find more reasonable ways to really help “Internet addiction”teenagers to fundamentally quit “Internet addiction”and return to real life.In this paper,the author lays a solid theoretical foundation through literature research,analyzes Internet addiction problems through questionnaire design and surveys,and conducts case interventions for adolescents with severe Internet addiction problems from the perspective of social work.It also intervened the client through cognitive behavioral therapy to help the Internet-addicted teenagers to rebuild their cognition.By letting Internet-addicted teenagers talk about the gains and adverse effects of Internet addiction on themselves,the Internet's own gains and effects werebrought to each case Name it,experience the experience of the Internet yourself;second,let the excellent young people of the same age introduce themselves,tell the excellent results they have achieved in learning or living,let the Internet addicted teenagers feel the gap between the two,and explore themselves and change the Internet.Misunderstanding.
