The Belt and Road Initiative has promoted the cooperation and exchange of countries along the line.China and countries have signed a large number of projects and orders.The domestic enterprises in technology,capital,trade,and other aspects of the realization of the walk out.But with the depth of cooperation,the needs of Chinese and foreign parties in the training of talents,education,training and technical support have become the key factors that restrict the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.On the one hand,the challenge of enterprises is to cooperate with vocational education institutions.On the other hand,as the most flexible part of higher education,the development of vocational education requires multilateral cooperation.This study is based on the practice of multilateral cooperation in vocational education under the strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative.In the view of stakeholder theory,globalization theory,cooperation and competition theory,the characteristics of the development of multilateral cooperation in vocational education are reviewed,there are many types of multilateral cooperation in vocational education at this stage,the principal part of its cooperation includes the various aspects of the domestic and foreign vocational colleges,enterprises,government and social institutions.A thorough investigation into the current situation of multilateral cooperation in vocational education under the strategy of the Belt and Road Initiative,on the basis of the achievement of multilateral cooperation in vocational education,the problems of economic and political environment,educational system differences,service ability and planning positioning are analyzed.At the same time,this study,for example,is an example of the macro environment,the motivation,the construction target,the development status and the existing restriction factors.Finally,in order to promote the smooth development of the multilateral cooperation of vocational education,the following policy suggestions are put forward.Improve the quality of school and build the core competitiveness;Play the professional advantage and realize the new development abroad;Play a geographical advantage,deepen exchanges and cooperation;Docking international standards to meet local needs;To set up an educational alliance,to achieve win-win.
