With the rapid development of communication technology and mobile Internet,instant messaging software such as WeChat and QQ have become more and more widely used in the field of education.This paper tries to study the possibility of improving the management efficiency of middle school teachers,accelerating the informatization process of school management,promoting the standardization of middle school teachers' management,and improving the level of education management modernization,so as to solve the problems existing in the traditional middle school teachers' management model.First of all,through consulting the relevant literature on the development trend of the middle school teacher management in China,using the content analysis method,the author combs out the existing problems in the middle school teacher management.Meanwhile,the trend of application in management of instant messaging software WeChat and QQ,and the research content in secondary education management were investigated.This paper proposes a research topic on the application status of instant messaging software WeChat and QQ in teacher management.Secondly,based on the actual situation of P city in H province,the relevant middle school teachers' management and first-line teachers in P city were investigated with relevant questionnaires and interviews,and the problems and causes of instant messaging software WeChat and QQ in teacher management were analyzed.The analysis results show that instant messaging software WeChat and QQ have been applied in relevant middle schools in P City,but there are also some problems such as single use,limited popularity,and irregular group management.At the same time,the author analyzes the related causes;Furthermore,based on the problems encountered in literature research and investigation,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the application of instant messaging software in the management of middle school teachers,starting from the subject and object of teacher management,namely teachers management and first-line teachers.Finally,this paper summarizes the study of the full text,and reflects on the shortcomings of this study,such as the lack of sample extraction,the insufficient questionnaire design,and the lack of interview depth.Meanwhile,it combines theresearch trends of instant messaging software WeChat and QQ and the research on teacher management is forecasted.
