Since 2014,when the Gymnastics Management Center of the State General Administration of Sport launched the "Recreational Gymnastics" program,related exploration activities have been continuously carried out.As one of the promotion forms,pilot primary schools are of great significance for happy gymnastics to enter the campus.As one of the pilot provinces and cities,Beijing's research on the promotion of happy gymnastics in its pilot schools has important reference value for the promotion and sustainable development of recreational gymnastics in other schools in Beijing and even in the whole country.Since Beijing Recreational Gymnastics Pilot Primary School was listed,there has been no corresponding follow-up investigation and literature study on its actual promotion.In order to keep happy gymnastics lasting and fresh vitality,improve the promotion effect,and explore the sustainable development of recreational gymnastics promotion,it is urgent.This article uses the method of literature to collect the literature related to recreational gymnastics and its promotion to understand the background of the promotion of happy gymnastics in China.Using the method of expert interview,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the promotion scheme of happy gymnastics in pilot primary schools.Using the method of questionnaire survey,the students,parents,teachers and leaders of the pilot primary schools were investigated in detail to understand the implementation of the promotion of happy gymnastics in the pilot primary schools.On-the-spot classroom observation was conducted in Tian Hua Primary School,shibalidian Primary School,Zhongguancun No.4 Primary School,Yucai School Tongzhou Branch School and Shuangqiao No.2 Primary School with the method of on-the-spot investigation.The problems existing in the implementation of happy gymnastics in pilot primary schools were found.The collected materials were statistically analyzed by using mathematical statistics method in order to provide suggestions for the promotion of recreational gymnastics in pilot primary schools and provide reference,reference and new ideas for the further promotion of happy gymnastics.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The promotion of Recreational Gymnastics in China has carried out construction work in terms of project content,teaching staff,competition system,management system,media publicity and cooperation partners,and has initially formed a momentum of spreading and starting a prairie fire.In this context,Beijing Happy Gymnastics Pilot Primary School was selected after a series of solicitation work.(2)The promotion of Recreational gymnastics in Beijing pilot primary schools has initially formed a top-down organizational structure system and promotion plan.Later,due to the change of decision-making levels and management supervision,the promotion of happy gymnastics in pilot primary schools was not approachable and failed to reach the expected goal.(3)The promotion contents of recreational gymnastics in pilot primary schools in Beijing are not uniform.The promotion methods are mainly academic discussion,subject research,teaching and training,and media publicity,which promote the promotion of happy gymnastics on campus.However,the promotion form is relatively single and not popular among the public.(4)The promotion environment of recreational gymnastics in Beijing pilot primary schools has received political support from the State General Administration of Sports,but it lacks sustained financial support from the sports and education system economically.The concept of educating people through mass movements is lacking in culture.(5)There is a shortage of teachers in Beijing's pilot primary schools,and their qualifications need to be improved: the number of teachers is insufficient and they are all external personnel,with great mobility;Teachers' academic qualifications are mainly undergraduate.Although they have all participated in training,their skills differ greatly.Teachers are relatively single in the application of execution methods.(6)The participation level of the students of the implementation recipients in Beijing pilot primary schools is not high.The implementation of happy gymnastics is not optimistic,which is manifested in the following aspects: lack of teaching materials,the scope of happy gymnastics classes is mainly for the lower grades,with 3-4 items,and the form of activities is mainly for associations,training teams and extracurricular activities.(7)The implementation environment of Beijing's pilot primary schools is not guaranteed: the fund raising channel is single and the demand for funds is increasing day by day,but there is no corresponding continuous injection of funds.The cognitive and emotional feedback of happy gymnastics promotion in pilot primary schools is optimistic and has been recognized by the leaders,parents,students and teachers of the pilot primary schools,but it has only achieved the superficial effect of promotion and is still far from the promotion goal.
