In order to implementation of the sports power construction,promote the solution development imbalance between different people,increase the social disadvantaged children in the community of the concern and attention,cultivate the comprehensive quality of students with disabilities.Through the research,the author chooses to integrate the Recreational gymnastics,into the education of special children.Studies have found that the related study of children with disabilities,much more study aout Autism,and hardly talk about Down syndrome children.so,this why in this study we choice Down syndrome children as the main research group,and Down syndrome children's emotional and behavioral problems are more prominent,so will be emotional and behavioral problems as the main content of research.The research sample is Youxian Special Education School,and the experimental object is eight aged9-12 Down syndrome children,using the literature material method,experimental method,field observation method,expert interview and mathematical statistics and other research methods,carried out for 8weeks Recreational gymnastics intervention experiment,studies the Recreational gymnastics for Down syndrome children's emotional and behavioral problems,The intervention of the curriculum standard of the compulsory education movement and health care in the mentally-educated school(2016 edition)(hereinafter referred to as "the mentally-educated curriculum")was used as the control group.Through the statistical analysis of the physical fitness test,physiological index test,mental health assessment results of the experimental subjects before and after the experiment,as well as the observation data obtained by the observation method,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Compared with the training course,Recreational gymnastics has a stronger attraction and applicability for children with Down syndrome.(2)Recreational gymnastics exercise intervention can effectively improve the physical and mental health of 9-12 year old children with Down syndrome,promote emotional stability of children with Down syndrome,and improve bad behavior and habits of children with Down syndrome.(3)The 8-week Recreational gymnastics intervention had obvious effects on improving the agility,speed,balance,flexibility of trunk and lower limbs,strength and explosive power of lower limbs of children with Down syndrome aged 9-12 years,and all of them were better than the training course.However,the effect on upper body strength and waist and abdomen strength was not obvious in a short time,and the overall effect was not much different from that of training course intervention.(4)After 8 weeks of Recreational gymnastics intervention,the overall body mass index of the students was closer to the normal range value,the vital capacity increased significantly,and the resting heart rate decreased significantly.However,the students in the training course intervention group only showed significant improvement in lung capacity.Combined with the classroom performance,the number of adverse reactions such as stomachache,retching and dry cough were significantly reduced in the two groups of students after running and other series of exercises,indicating that the overall physical quality and exercise state of the students were improved after the exercise intervention.(5)The effect of Recreational gymnastics intervention on reducing students' learning disabilities,character defects and behavior disorders is better than that of the training course.
