In recent years,with the convening of important national conferences and the construction of "double-class" universities,China has achieved remarkable results in both economic construction and development of higher education.Since the birth of education,it has been inextricably linked with social and economic development.With the development of capitalist industrial production in modern times,the role of education in reforming production technology and promoting production development has become more and more important,which has aroused the attention of scholars and the masses on the issue of educational economic effects.Under the guidance of the national strategy,the investment in education in Henan Province has grown rapidly,and the structure has gradually developed in a reasonable direction.This paper first gives a brief explanation of the background and theoretical significance of the topic,and carries out the specific implementation of the research status of some related literatures at home and abroad,and describes the innovation points and deficiencies.First,explain the basic concepts and basic theories involved in the article,and explain the concepts of education investment,human capital and economic growth.The following is a discussion of the theoretical basis of this article,including the economic growth theory and human capital theory and the common theory of public goods theory,and finally put forward the existing problems in Henan Province.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of education investment and economic growth in Henan Province,analyzes the financial education investment in 2006-2016,and makes data with the national financial education funds and the developed provinces in the east and the remote provinces in the west.Compared.Secondly,it analyzes the GDP and per capita GDP of Henan Province in 2006-2016,and compares it with the per capita GDP of the country.It is found that Henan Province cannot reach the national per capita level.Finally,using the data from 1996 to 2017 for the past 22 years,Eviews8.0 software was used to construct the VAR model,and the data of financial education investment,labor,physical capital,science and technology expenditure and GDP were selected to calculate the relevant data of financial education investment in Henan Province.A series of analysis and verification,using cointegration test for empirical analysis.The analysis of the specific situation of Henan Province and the status quo of education investment.This paper puts forward some suggestions in a targeted way,hoping to Henan.The province provides certain reference and reference for adjusting the total amount of education investment and the balanced input structure.
