| In recent years, with the development of industrialization and new urbanization in China,large-scale population inflow into cities has brought many new problems to the development of social economy.Among them, the problem of compulsory education of migrant children in the places of inflow has become a hot spot of social concern. With the implementation of a series of educational policies, the problem of "having books to read"has been basically solved, and the problem of how to realize the substantive fairness of"reading good books"on this basis is still prominent.Based on the theory of social inclusion, this paper firstly combed out the compulsory education policy on migrant children, and point out that the government should not only pay attention to the efficiency and effect of the policy, but also bring the micro-subject into the policy perspective when formulating the policy. As the object of policy, migrant children can be used as a measure and evaluation of the effect of policy to a certain extent in the situation of schools in the place of entry.Based on this, the paper starts from the micro point of view of individuals, families and schools. This paper adopts the School belonging perception scale(PSSM Chinese version)and the Life satisfaction scale for Young students, and so on.This paper constructs the index system of migrant children’s education integration and compiles the questionnaire of migrant children’s education integration. On the basis of listening to the opinions of educational administrators of investigation schools, the questionnaire is revised and perfected. At the same time, using SPSS-22 statistical analysis software, through empirical tests such as factor analysis, reliability and validity tests,the“three-dimensional”educational integration measurement framework of academic integration, psychological integration and cultural integration was formed.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 191 migrant children from grade 4 to 6 in two public primary schools in Dongchuan district. The results showed that the cultural integration of migrant children in these two primary schools was the best; These students have a strong sense of belonging and high school life satisfaction of these two schools, but there are still 1/5 of migrant children feel they are somehow different with the other students in the same school, they regard themselves as a foreign group studying in the school;Academic integration presents an awkward situation in which to learn well in class,to consolidate well after class but not well in the exam. Then, from the three aspects of personal factors, family factors and school factors, the multiple linear regression analysis is carried out one by one on the factors affecting the integration of migrant children’s education. The results showed that gender and local living time are not the most significant impact on the educational integration of migrant children, but grade, place of birth, number of children, family economic status, parents’ education level, parents’educational expectations,The satisfaction of curriculum, the participation of class activities and the frequency of communication between teachers and parents have a significant impact on the education integration of migrant children in primary school.Based on the above analysis,it is suggested that the government, the schools, the four families and the main body of neighborhood should actively construct the linkage mechanism of the integration of education and promote the integration of the education of the migrant children. |
