In the past 20 years,the construction of educational informatization has gradually developed to a higher level.Moreover,the construction of educational informatization in our country is developing to a higher level at the present stage.At present,educational informatization plays a more and more significant role in promoting educational fairness.With the acceleration of information process,the digital divide of compulsory education has become an important issue affecting educational equity.While we bridge the digital divide through physical means,we should pay more attention to bridge the gap between students' skills and use,and realize the crossing of the new digital divide,so as to help the quality and balanced development of compulsory education.By reviewing the literature and field investigation,on the basis of the existing research,relying on the investigation of the current situation of the digital divide in compulsory education in H District of Hubei Province,the author combines theory with practice from the perspective of educational equity theory.In order to be able to put forward targeted strategies to bridge the digital divide of compulsory education.According to the above logic thought,this paper is divided into seven chapters:this study,based on the review of the literature,summarizes the present situation of the digital divide of the compulsory education in the H district through the field investigation of the school in the compulsory education phase of the H district.On this basis,the influence factors of the current digital divide are further analyzed.On the basis of summarizing the present situation of the digital divide of the compulsory education in the H district and analyzing its influencing factors,this paper puts forward the bridge countermeasure of the digital divide of compulsory education in the H district.in order to improve the information environment of the family and the school,At the same time,it is necessary to improve the construction of the school digital resource platform;secondly,to improve the guidance ability of parents and teachers,in particular to improve the guidance of the parents of the rural families,and to improve the information teaching ability of the teachers;and,to improve the students' digital literacy,In particular,we should strengthen the education of information technology,and at the same time guide the students to form a reasonable network-use preference.Only through our common reference Only in this way can the digital divide of compulsory education be bridged effectively,and then the quality and balanced development of compulsory education can be promoted and the fairness of education can be promoted.
