Research On The Integration Of Red Resources Into Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Ideological and political education is not a crucial way to carry out social practice,but it is an important part of college work.Therefore Red resources are the necessary link which play an important role in the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.With the transformation of society and the rapid development of the economy,the integration of red resources into the ideological and political work of colleges and universities is facing new challenges and opportunities.How to effectively combine the two is related to whether the university can fulfill the historical mission of cultivating red and talented people.This thesis focuses on the integration of red resources into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.It uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis method to expound the related concepts of red resources,the historical process and significance of red resources integration into ideological and political education in colleges objectively.And analysis the status and causes of the integration of red resources into ideological and political education in the universities,and put forward a powerful measure for the integration of red resources into ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Specifically,this paper mainly describes the following four parts.First,the red concept is integrated into the related concepts of ideological and political education in the universities.The red resources contain the magnificent revolutionary history of the Communist Party of China and the history of hard struggle,the heroic history of sacrificing self and devoting the country,bearing the firm ideals and beliefs of the Chinese Communists,covering the historical culture and the revolutionary spirit.Through the systematic review and discussion,we can further clarify the theoretical basis and practical significance of the integration of red resources into ideological and political education in the universities.The second is to expound the historical process,role and significance of the integration of red resources into the ideological and political education in the universities.By reviewing the procedures which include the integration of red resources into ideological and political education in the universities,there are four stages that include before the founding of New China;after the founding of New China;after the reform and opening up;after the party s 18 th National Congress,exploring its laws and summing up lessons and lessons,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent improvement measures.From the two aspects of role and meaning,the symbiosis of red resources and ideological and complicated.From a macro perspective,the complex social environment,multi-economy globalization,information data,cultural diversity and so on are integrated into the real situation of ideological and political education in the universities.From a microscopic point of view,college students are characterized by individualized individuality,unwillingness,and impetuous thoughts.Lastly,Using the theoretical content of the first two chapters as a starting point,exploring the improvement measures of red resources into the corresponding education in colleges and universities,Combining survey data for analysing.To find the problems of the red resources into ideological and political education in the universities.And how to increase the effectiveness of Red Resources into the Ideological Education in the Universities,with analysis from the teacher level,student level,method level,channel level,and mechanism level.The teacher level should adhere to the guiding position of Marxism,establish the goal of patriotism as the center,and optimize the red knowledge structure of the teaching staff;the student level should respect the main status of the university students and understand the current needs of college students;the channel level should broaden the bilateral cooperation between universities and universities.Broaden the two-way cooperation between universities
