The Development Strategy Of Archery In Experiment School Of Archery Based On SWOT-AHP Model In Qinghai

Archery is a great creation of the Chinese nation.It can be traced back to the primitive society of mankind.It witnesses the history of Chinese social development and is the living fossil of human social development.Traditional archery in Qinghai has a continuous line with Chinese archery.Qinghai traditional archery is an important part of traditional Chinese archery culture.It is cultivated by the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,which has unique ecology,numerous ethnic groups and diverse cultures.It symbolizes rich cultural connotations and more diverse forms.In modern society,it is still a sport that retains its original characteristics and is active in various venues such as competitive arenas,schools,folk entertainment and so on with its unique formUnder the rich atmosphere of archery culture,Qinghai has held various national and outdoor archery invitation tournaments,such as the National Folk Archery Invitational Tournament,the International Folk Traditional Archery,and the Ledu International National Traditional Archery Classic Invitational Tournament.Each prefecture or county has declared or is declaring the traditional minority culture as the intangible cultural heritage at the county,state and national levels.In line with the background of inheriting the excellent traditional culture of China,the Qinghai Sports Bureau jointly introduced archery into the 10 pilot schools established as a supplement to sports curriculum resources.In order to enable Qinghai traditional archery to be better passed down and developed,in December 2017,the Qinghai Provincial Sports Bureau and all levels of departments selected 10 primary and secondary schools across the province to pilot the archery project,after a one-year period.After the promotion,the promotion effect of the archery projects at all levels of schools requires relevant departments to conduct in-depth investigations and research as important topics,in order to promote the project more widely in the province in the future,and to inherit the outstanding traditional culture and selection of Qinghai.Excellent archery reserve talents provide theoretical basis.To this end,the author conducted a comprehensive survey of the archery pilot schools and detailed inquiries into the organization of the event,to identify the shortcomings in the development process,to clarify its development direction,and to gradually integrate the archery project into the physical education curriculum resources.Further consolidate the status of the Qinghai national traditional archery province.Taking the development of archery project in Qinghai archery pilot school as the research object,this paper analyzed the development status of archery project in Qinghai archery pilot school by using the methods of documentation,field investigation and questionnaire survey,and then used the methods of SWOT qualitative analysis,AHP quantitative analysis and Delphi method in management to evaluate the development of archery project in Qinghai archery pilot school.The development of archery project in Qinghai archery pilot school is discussed as a core issue.The conclusions are as follows:1.In the 10 selected archery pilot schools,9 of them carried out their activities smoothly.However,due to the different actual conditions,there are differences in the degree of development among the schools.2.Teachers participating in "Archery into Campus" activities are mostly teachers of other disciplines,while teachers with physical education background account for a small proportion;the number and number of archery teachers participating in relevant training is very small,and most teachers teach with their own experience,and there is no unified standard in teaching3.Teachers and students of each archery pilot school have a high enthusiasm for the development of archery project in our school.Introducing this activity into the campus not only has a positive effect on archery project itself,but also on the dissemination of archery culture.4.In terms of the perfection of archery field and management measures,Sanjiangyuan National Middle School has employed professional archery teachers.Delingha National Joint School and the local Archery Association have reached an agreement to share professional archery field.Hualong County National Middle School and Delingha National Joint School have a relatively complete management mechanism and plan.Other pilot schools are lack of venues and facilities,and there are hidden dangers in safety management.5.From the viewpoint of SWOT analysis of management science,the advantages of archery project development in Qinghai archery pilot school are as follows:students have a good sense of identity with their own nation,good educational function of traditional national sports,unique fitness and heart-building function of archery,and school-running characteristics can be enhanced;internal disadvantages include: lack of professional teachers,imperfect archery venues and facilities.The external opportunities include: policy promotion and support from departments at all levels,broad mass base,combination of sports and education to train reserve personnel,and steady progress of series of competitions;External threats include the trend of "entering campus",the inconsistency of archery recognition and identity,and the marginalization of traditional minority sports.6.By calculating the comprehensive weight of the internal and external factors of the archery project development in Qinghai provincial archery pilot schools through the analytic hierarchy process,it is concluded that the development of the project in the campus should adopt WO strategy which combines external opportunities with internal disadvantages,that is,striving-for adjustment strategy.To the above conclusions,the author puts forward some operable countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to make their own efforts for the development of "Archery into Campus" activities in Qinghai Province.
