Using the field trip method,the Yantai Youth Swimming Team will prepare for the pre-match training of the 2018 Provincial Games,and conduct a four-month on-site tracking.At the same time,the Yantai Youth Swimming Team will be conducted through literature,test methods and logic analysis.Prepare for the 8th week of the2018 provincial sports training schedule as the research theme,systematically analyze the training time,tasks,content,means and load in different stages before the competition,and explore the youth competitive swimming project for major competitions.The characteristics of pre-competition training arrangements,according to the pre-match training arrangement of Yantai Youth Swimming Team,find out the training experience,and provide some reference for the coaches who are engaged in the youth competitive swimming project.Through research,this paper has the following conclusions:First,the Yantai Youth Swimming Team will have a training period of 8 weeks before the 2018 Shandong Sports Games.It can be divided into three stages: technical consolidation,capacity enhancement and pre-match adjustment.Second,the characteristics of each stage of the pre-competition training period of Yantai Youth Swimming Team are presented in the following aspects: The technical consolidation stage emphasizes the improvement of athletes' movement skills and more efficient water-drawing efficiency;The ability-enhancement stage transforms various qualities into special abilities.Thereby improving the performance;the pre-match adjustment stage will mention the athlete's athletic ability to the highest level.Third,according to the Yantai Youth Swimming Team training plan,the conclusion is that the main training method is water-based and land-based,and the two promote each other,thus improving the athletes' competitive level.The water training is based on butterfly,frog,frog,self-comprehensive energy training and main technical ability training.On-the-spot training is mainly based on endurance training,strength and sensitive coordination training.Stage training has experienced a transition from endurance,basic quality training,and joint stability to special strength training.Fourth,in the study of the methods and methods of the Yantai Youth Swimming Team,we have obtained such a pattern.The training methods and methods of the Yantai Youth Swimming Team are diversified.The water training mainly adopts four kinds of swimming strokes and cooperation.,decomposition tour,sprint tour,intermittent tour,continuous tour and special tour and time-keeping tour focusing on the main items.The upper and lower limbs,the waist and abdomen,the small muscle group,the integrity and the special endurance strength are mainly used on the land.
