Since male and female 10 km open water swimming events became the Olympic Games,this event is popular with more and more people for its uncertainty,challenging and entertainment.Open water swimming events are different from the events in pool for it's long distance,the technique and tactics which are easily be influenced by the environment,the athletes face more physical and psychological test.Although the competitive open water swimming of china started late,itdevelopment is swift and violent,but overall level of China's open water swimming athletes and training method still exists a certain gap when compared with foreign excellent athletes.Pre competition training is a very important part of the preparation cycle,accurate and effective grasp of the pre match training will directly affect the competitive state of athletes.At the Rio games,the athletes' ancestors have made outstanding achievements in fourth,creating the history of China's open water project.It is closely related to the reasonable arrangement of the training.Therefore,in this paper,the national open water swimming team 8 weeks before the training arrangements for the study of the theme,for China's open water swimmers in the reasonable arrangements for personalized training before the game to provide reference and reference.Through the research,this paper obtained the following conclusions.1.The national open water swimming team in 2016 Olympic Games before the training from time to time,showing a 3-3-2 characteristics,divided into transitional recovery,adaptation training and pro-game adjustment of the stage.2.Open water swimming team before the training period of each stage of the training task has the following characteristics: the recovery phase transition the importance of improving the basic ability of athletes;adjust the focus on training phase is to enhance the athlete's special ability;the pro tournament adjustment stage of athletes body function.3.Through the analysis of the national open water swimming team coaches training plan,the conclusion is that the water training courses,the combination of land and water training,to promote the special competitive ability of athletes.The content of water training is mainly aerobic training,mixed metabolism,anaerobic training and technical and tactical training.The focus of the training on the ground is strength training and endurance training,and the emphasis of the stage training is from the endurance training,the general strength to the special strength training.4.The method of open water swimming team of countries we get such a law,the national open water swimming team training methods and means are more diversified,water training mainly adopts the combat simulation game continues to tour,in the long distance and short distance travel,swim in repeated intermittent and 10 km long time.Land strength training is mainly concentrated in the small muscle group and comprehensive strength,the use of circular training to develop strength endurance.5.The national open water swimming team before the training load arrangement basically follow the recovery mechanism.Changes of load and load intensity is: load into V type after the first increasing trend in the recovery phase transition;load intensity is the lowest,after 4 weeks after the accumulation of strength reached peak at fifth weeks keep the trend,and present.
