Bullying in schools can cause psychological harm to the person who is being bullied, and bullying often goes undetected. From the perspective of the bullied, this study used the interview method to collect the primary data of the bullied, trying to analyze their interpretation of the situation and reasons of bullying behavior, and analyze their coping methods and effects.Through the interview, the author found that the main behaviors of the bullied are physical bullying, verbal bullying and relationship bullying.Among them, verbal bullying mainly stigmatizes the character and appearance of the bullied.Physical bullying is more entertaining.Compared with the serious physical injury caused by school bullying in news reports, this kind of physical bullying has the characteristics of concealment.Relationship bullying, mainly through the exclusion of the way to isolate the bullied, bullied by the psychological feelings of loneliness and injury. In the process of sorting out the interview materials, the author found that more bullying behaviors caused psychological harm to the victims, which was hidden and not easily perceived by the outside world.Even the bullied person goes through a process of never realizing that they are being bullied and realizing that they are being bullied. In the interview, the author also found that the bullied are often reluctant to admit that they have been bullied. In the face of some subtle bullying, the bullied will take reasonable coping methods to rationalize the bullying behavior, and take the attitude of minimizing the incidents to explain the bullying behavior. This is partly due to the victim's reluctance to allow others to attribute the bullying to their own incompetence, and partly due to the desire to smooth things over and fear that other coping strategies will lead to further bullying.
