For children with special needs, early intervention can not only reduce the risk of derivative disorders, but also reduce the cost of rehabilitation services.Nowadays, there are two main forms of early intervention services: home-based services and web-based training.Because of the large population of special children and the shortage of teachers,it is difficult to provide home-based services for special families in our country. However, our country has the advantages of online training such as the wide coverage of the Internet, the mature ADSL and the large number of computer users. Therefore,it is more suitable to provide the web-based training for special families in our country. The web-based training relies on the high level of parental involvement. In addition,The web-based training is still at starting stage. If we want to promote this method in our country,it is necessary to reconstruct it and follow the process of learning psychology. In order to enhance the social abilities of children with developmental delay, this study designed a comprehensive experiment based on the family needs. These experiments have the same theme but different objective and learning style. There are six family involved in this experiment. The study was divided into two parts.Part one explored the results of study after “faithful imitating” e-learning and explored the feasibility of web-based training for special families in China and the influence of parent-implemented intervention on children's social interaction in family environment. The study found that:(1)After faithful imitating learning, the accuracy rate of intervention steps of parents increased;(2)Children's passive response was significantly improved;(3)There was no significant improvement of children's initiation;(4)The evaluation of faithful imitative online learning by six families was impressive.Part two extended three of families' experiment from part one with “efficient learning We explored the impact of parent-implemented intervention after “efficiency imitating” online learning and analyzed the feasibility of this learning method. We also explored the influence of the improvement of parents' flexibility in participating in intervention on children's social interaction in family environment. The study found that:(1)the high-quality level of parental strategies was significantly improved;(2)the passive response ability of young children was maintained, and the duration of initiative initiation was significantly increased;(4)three families had high evaluation imitating of efficiency online learning. At the end of the study,we analyzed and discussed the relevant results, and prospected the future research.
