Case Study On The Improvement Of Resilience Of Children Suffering From Domestic Violence

Children's stage is the individual in the process of growth for the crucial stage of physical and mental development,but the serious influence children's physical and mental health,family violence in the past traditional way of intervention mainly from trauma treatment or psychological intervention,this paper aims to help children out of the current domestic violence environment,few studies have focused on the growth and development of children has been subjected to physical violence at home in the future,whether has the ability to rely on themselves against difficulties.From the perspective of resilience theory,this paper adopts case study method to analyze and study the improvement of resilience of children under domestic violence.In this study,on the one hand,interview and observation methods were used to obtain as much information as possible about the subject before,during and after the intervention;on the other hand,evaluation methods were used to sort out and analyze relevant data,and three final conclusions were drawn :(1)children under domestic violence have the ability to resist adversity;(2)the risk factors of children under domestic violence are greater than the protective factors;(3)the benign interaction between children and the external environment under domestic violence helps to further improve resilience.At the same time,the authors reflect on the shortcomings in the course of this research,one is lack of universality in case work intervention,2 it is case work "correct" role of social worker requirements and art theory emphasizes "supporters" role in there is a conflict in the process of practice,how to guarantee the director benefit maximization under the premise of balance the two roles,is the author in the future need to think about problems in the social work service.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction of the paper,which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic,research ideas and methods,as well as relevant research reviews at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical basis of the article,mainly including the concept of resilience and its influencing factors,specific operation,to provide theoretical guidance for thelater intervention work and data analysis;The third part is the analysis of the resilience of children under domestic violence based on the resilience theory and the specific data of the case owner.The fourth part is the practical process of casework intervention,the main content is the specific intervention process of children's resilience under domestic violence and the final evaluation of service effectiveness;The fifth part is the author based on the three conclusions of this study and the process of writing some problems,shortcomings of reflection.
