The proposal and practice of high school ideological and political discipline core literacy contains the transformation of learning mode and teaching mode,and classroom teaching should focus on the cultivation of students' discipline literacy.Generative teaching has realized the transformation from the traditional single preset teaching to the dynamic generative teaching,fully highlighting the main status of students,allowing them to truly integrate into the classroom and adapt to the classroom,thus injecting vitality into the long-term development of classroom teaching.However,in the process of the development of generative teaching,different regions have different development status,students have different understanding of it,and there are also a variety of discomfort and problems.The author through to the QingHai province Xining five in-depth tour of the middle school,through the way of questionnaires,face to face interview,understand the development of generative teaching in Xining city in QingHai province and the existing problems,through the discussion with the school leadership and teaching first-line teachers to communicate,analysis of generative teaching in Xining city middle school ideological and political class in the cause of the problem,the final purpose is to research in the present existing problems,the solution of the targeted measures are put forward.This paper mainly includes three parts: the first part is the definition of important concepts,the relationship between generative teaching and preset teaching,the characteristics of generative teaching and its significance;The second part describes the current development of generative teaching.Despite the previous efforts made by the state and schools and their achievements,there are still many deficiencies in the development process.Second,students lack of knowledge reserves,there are some students learning attitude is not correct;Third,the schoolteaching research activity lacks to the generative teaching thorough research.The third part mainly includes two contents: one is in front of generative teaching in analyzing the causes of the problems existing in the development process,the second is aiming at problems in present education classroom feasible constructive measures are put forward,in order to change the existing problems of generative teaching,eventually push generative teaching in high school ideological and political class better development.Current teaching attaches importance to the cultivation of students' core quality,and attaches more importance to the "comprehensive development" of students.Generative teaching meets the requirements of the current society for teenagers,and avoids the shortcomings of preset teaching.Generative teaching is the inevitable trend of educational and teaching reform.
