With the rapid development of China's society and economy,improving undergraduates' professional practice ability is an important link in college education.In recent years,the employment situation of undergraduates majoring in ideological and political education has become increasingly severe.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the practical ability of employment and cultivate specialized talents to meet social needs.Not only the knowledge ability and quality ability of talents should be paid attention to,the practical ability should not be underestimated,in order to achieve the application of knowledge,is the common concern of students of this major topic.The research on the cultivation of practical ability of college students majoring in ideological and political education is not only of theoretical significance to future researchers,but also of practical significance to the cultivation of high-quality talents.Based on the systematic analysis of the research on the cultivation of practical ability of ideological and political education majors at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of the research at home and abroad,and summarizes the difficulties and innovation points of this research.This paper takes Marx's theory of scientific practice and Chinese communists' view of scientific practice as the theoretical guidance,and literature research method,historical and logical analysis method and comprehensive research method as the method tools to study the practical ability of college students majoring in ideological and political education.Through the research on the current situation and existing problems of practical ability training in universities,it is found that college students lack the enthusiasm to participate in social practice,the school lacks innovative practical teaching mode and evaluation mechanism,and the practical infrastructure construction is not perfect.Finally,through the analysis and research,it comes to the conclusion that to improve students' social practice ability,the school should first set systematic training objectives,improve the practicalteaching system,and finally establish a scientific evaluation mechanism.The government and the enterprise also must participate in the practice teaching positively,constructs the omni-directional training system.Students themselves to correct the concept,study hard,and actively participate in social practice.Only in this way can schools,governments,enterprisesand students coordinate and cooperate with each other,can they really help college students improve their social practice ability.In recent years,there have been a lot of papers on the practical ability of college students in the theoretical circle,and the results of the research on the cultivation of practical ability are also fruitful.However,combined with the characteristics of ideological and political education,professional quality and other research and practice ability training results are rare.Therefore,the study on the cultivation of practical ability from the perspective of research is an innovation in this paper,which is combined with the characteristics of ideological and political education.At the same time,it explores the path of cultivating the practical ability of college students majoring in ideological and political education,and creates various modes of cultivating the practical ability.
