| "Adolescent is strong,then the country is strong",and the state is highly concerned about the healthy growth of young people.Since 1999,the country has proposed to create a public welfare youth sports club.After nearly 20 years of development,the youth sports club has transitioned from a comprehensive promotion stage to a perfect development stage.The youth sports club is an important place for amateur sports activities.The development of the cause has made a great contribution.However,compared with the youth sports in the developed regions,there is still a certain gap,and while reading a large amount of literature,it is found that there are fewer articles on studying the Taiyuan Youth Sports Club,and it is found in the practice and field visits of the provincial and municipal sports bureaus.The development of young sports clubs in Taiyuan City is slow,so further comprehensive and systematic analysis and research is needed.In the large amount of reading literature and field visit surveys,I have mastered a large amount of valuable information,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Taiyuan Youth Sports Club through SWOT situation analysis method,and then applied TOWS matrix analysis method to Taiyuan youth.The development of sports clubs proposes four optimization paths and draws research conclusions.Analysis conclusion:1.After nearly 20 years of development,Taiyuan Youth Sports Club has achieved a breakthrough in quantity and scale,and has made great contributions to the youth sports in Taiyuan City as an important place for adolescent amateur sports.2.There is a certain gap between the number of clubs in Taiyuan City and other developed regions,and the regional development is unbalanced.Most of them rely on the creation of schools,the management system is not perfect,the internal institutions and rules and regulations are not perfect,the financing channels are single,and the self-supply is insufficient.The propaganda efforts are not in place.3.Taiyuan Youth Sports Club has insufficient teachers,lacks professional management personnel,power,responsibility and profit are not clear,etc.,relying on,serious thinking,club lack of vitality,service form is relatively simple,project opening lacks innovation,can not be Keep up with the times.4.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Taiyuan club development.The advantages are superior to the superiors,the infrastructure is more perfect,the demand for students' sports skills is rising,and many colleges and universities have rich teaching resources.Sound,lack of teachers,single source of funds,lack of innovation,imperfect reward and punishment mechanism;opportunities for major events to promote,ice and snow sports and e-sports broke out,the outbreak of propaganda media,the establishment of the National Youth Sports Club Branch,the government purchase service plus Big;threats have inaccurate target positioning,unsound security mechanisms,and the impact of profitable organizations.5.On the basis of SWOT analysis,the TOWS strategic analysis tool is used to propose four paths.The growth(SO)path: taking advantage of major events to improve social recognition;speeding up government purchases,stimulating club vitality;introducing e-sports and ice and snow,Cultivate sports interest,multi-type(ST)path: deepen university resources,enhance team strength;clarify club positioning,enhance hematopoietic function;improve infrastructure,improve service quality,reverse(WO)path: improve policy system,improve operational mechanism Actively integrate into club clubs,seize development opportunities;understand youth needs,expand service content,and defensive(WT)path: make full use of the media to improve club awareness;improve insurance mechanisms and improve security;rationally apply non-profit marketing,reduce Profit organization shocks. |
