Individual events are composed of four sets of movements(two sets of movements with special requirements in the preliminary competition and two sets of optional movements in the final competition).In team events,each team can allow two athletes to participate at most,and each athlete is allowed to complete one set of optional movements.In the 2017-2020 Olympic cycle,in order to encourage the development of difficult movements for female athletes,the international trampoline technical committee has formulated special requirements for female athletes,that is,if female athletes complete the second and third movements in one set...,if the difficulty value is at lea st above 2.0,the difficulty value of the whole movement will get 1.0 points for each additional movement.In the female's Tumbling project,for difficult points,most female athletes chose two weeks early flip turn 360°bend body(symbol 2-<)as the end of the action.This study 2-< the technical features of the action as the re search object,to our country out standing female Tumbling athletes Chen Lingxi,Chen Ling,Huang Jingyi "goofy cup" in2017 national trampoline champion ship on 2-< movement as the object of data collection,mathematical statistics method and other methods,to 2-< the technical features of the action research,aiming at improve the competitive strength of China's female's Tumbling athletes to provide the reference.The research results show that:(1)2-< action phase is divided into: jump,stretched the swivel 360°phase formation,bend the body posture,maintain body posture reverse phase,exhibition,where about remain stretched,landing stage,the female' s Tumbling athletes in complete 2-<,usually get height is in sufficient,because the lead to keep missing stretched down phase.(2)When the elite female athletes complete the movements of 2-<,the obtained speed comes from the maintenance or increasing of theinitial speed of the complete set of movements.Athletes usually choose the back hand spring or fast back flip as the connection action.2-< the energy conversion inthe take-off stage of the movement is to convert the horizontal velocity obtained in the seventh movement into the horizontal and vertical velocity,so that the athletes can get enough height to complete the movement.Good woman Tumbling athletes at the completion of the seventh activity level speed between 5.72 meters to 6.81 meters per second per second,landing Angle range between 65°to 78°.(3)The elite female athlete completes 2-< the take-off stage,with both arms accelerating to the upper part of the body,and the body posture changes from hip flexion,knee flexion and ankle flexion when landing to hip flexion,knee flexion and ankle flexion when taking off.Chen Lingxi,Chen stem head is tight,forming the flexion posture.The influence ofthe rotational speed,some athletes around the hip Angle of a symmetry,left hip Angle is less than the right hip Angle,Chen Lingxi,Chen Ling,Huang Jingyi around the hip Angle range respectively 42°-59°(left hip Angle),42°to 88°(right hip Angle),Tracy will form the time between 0.18 seconds to 0.20 seconds,bend the body speed between 112 meters to 333 meters per second per second.(6)In the stage of maintaining the flexion posture,the athlete's center of gravity is close to or reaches the highest point,and the height is between2.26 stage athletes body centre of gravity of 2.12 meters to 2.23 meters high,trunk Angle between 360+ 131°,between 360°+ 146°,360°+252°.(8)In the landing stage,during the athlete's falling,the hip joint gradually opens from the state of hip flexion,and the feet extend backward and downward to prepare for landing.During the landing,the athletes bend their hips and knees for cushioning.Chen Lingxi,Chen Ling,Huang Jingyi landing moments of hip Angle between 123°to 137°,knee Angle between167°to 173°,left,right shoulder Angle between 20°to 62°,52°to126°.Advice:In the process of taking off with movements of 2-<,athletes should specifically improve the explosive force of lower limbs to increase the flying height.Chen lingxi and Huang Jingyi in the takeoff to avoid leg error,Chenling,Huang Jingyi to control the body,do not turn too early.Chen lingxi in the takeoff will be the maximum horizontal speed into the horizontal speed,in order to increase the height of the air.(1)Athletes in complete 2-< action process,the suspension to stem head,chest,back,pull stretched straight body,shoulder and upper limb twist.Chen lingxi and Chen ling in the air to pay attention to the impact of rotation inertia on their own,to avoid the situation of split legs.In the process of somersaults,the three athletes should pay attention to the toes straight,to avoid the situation of hook foot.(2)In the process of preparing for the landing of the 2-< action,the athlete should make a prepared landing.When Chen lingxi,Chen ling and Huang Jingyi landed,they all had imb alance.Therefore,when landing,we should timely control our body posture and motion state to reduce the impact of body inertia on landing.
