The development of society has intensified the people' s demand for high-quality pre--school education.Under the shortage of public kindergarten resources,inclusive private kindergartens have become a powerful complement to the development of inclusive preschool education,but there are still many aspects for inclusive private kindergartens.Perfect place.This study uses a case study approach.Drawing on Liu Zhanlan and Gao Bingcheng' s classification of China' s preschool education development index as the overall framework,Through the interview method,questionnaire method and observation method,the development status of the inclusive private kindergarten A is described and analyzed.In-depth understanding of the experience and confusion of inclusive private kindergartens,and put forward targeted recommendations to promote the development of inclusive private kindergartens.According to the research findings,firstly,in terms of pre-scho ol education equity,A kindergarten does not restrict household regis tration in enrollment,enabling more children to enjoy low-cost and high quality inclusive pre-school education in private schools,and promote the fair development of pre-school education opportunities.Secondly,in terms of pre-school education investment,Tianjin' s awar-dwinning method for inclusive private kindergartens is based on per capita subsidies,and there is no provision for teachers' salary and treatment.For the A kindergarten,the prize money can guarantee the or derly operation of the kindergarten.Thirdly,in terms of the quality of preschool education,the facilities and equipment of Area A are ba sically qualified,and the work of gardening is better.However,the low structure of teachers,insufficient reserves,and lack of professional ism make it difficult to improve the level of education and teaching.A kindergarten is quite different from the public kindergarten.
