China's laws and regulations clearly put forward the comprehensive promotion of inclusive education,preschool inclusive education has become a new trend of education development.As the main implementers of preschool inclusive education,kindergarten teachers' attitude towards inclusive education and their sense of practical effectiveness play a crucial role in the quality of inclusive education.However,preschool inclusive education started late in China,kindergarten teachers lack relevant knowledge and skills,have no confidence in the implementation of inclusive education,and have a negative attitude.This study takes kindergarten teachers in shizhong district and other cities of Ji nan city as the object to study their attitude toward inclusive education and their sense of practical efficacy in inclusive education,analyzes the current characteristics of kindergarten teachers' attitude toward inclusive education and their sense of practical efficacy in inclusive education,and puts forward specific Suggestions for kindergarten teachers to improve their attitude and confidence.This research include:study in which a: 254 kindergarten teachers as the object of Forlin,Loreman and Sharma(2011)compiled by the inclusive education emotion,attitude,concerns about inventory(SACIE-R)scale for Chinese version of the revised,inspection inclusive education attitude in Chinese factor structure and characteristics of psychometrics and the measurement of inclusive education for kindergarten teachers in China attitude research tools;study ii,taking 250 kindergarten teachers as the object,investigates the current characteristics of kindergarten teachers' attitude toward inclusive education and the efficacy of inclusive education practice as well as the relationship between them.The findings:(1)The revised Chinese version of kindergarten teachers' integrated education Scale of emotion,Attitude and worry contains 12 questions,including three factors,which are divided into emotion,attitude and worry.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.(2)Kindergarten teachers are neutral about inclusive education.Whether there are special children in kindergarten teachers' class has significant differences in emotion and concerns;On the concerns of inclusive education,kindergarten teachers have significant differences in different teaching ages.(3)Kindergarten teachers' practical efficacy of inclusive education is at a medium level.There are significant differences between kindergarten teachers in two factors: inclusive teaching efficacy and behavioral management efficacy.There are significant differences between kindergarten teachers with different understanding degrees of inclusive education in two factors: inclusive teaching efficacy and cooperative efficacy.(4)There is a significant correlation between kindergarten teachers' attitude towards inclusive education and their practical efficacy in inclusive education.In view of the research results and the plight of kindergarten teachers,this study puts forward the following Suggestions :(1)improve the teacher allocation mechanism and kindergarten facilities;(2)Strengthen the post-service training of kindergarten teachers;(3)Focus on home cooperation;(4)Strengthen the construction and publicity of laws and regulations on preschool integrated education.
