The purpose of this study is to compare the various offensive and defensive indexes of Liaoning team and Guangsha team in the four games of the CBA League finals in 2017-2018 season by means of literature,interview,video analysis,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics analysis.Then learn more about the strengths and weaknesses of the two teams in the offensive and defensive process,and find the difference between the two sides in different offensive and defensive indicators.In the next,using the knowledge of sports training and basketball training theory to analyze and determine the aspects that the two teams should focus on in different offensive and defensive links.At the same time,combined with the interview opinions of experts and basketball coaches,the level and method of overall offensive and defensive techniques of men's basketball professional clubs in China are further optimized.It also provides data support and theoretical reference for the improvement of the training quality of Chinese male basketball players and the optimization of the ability of on-the-spot competition.This study uses literature,interview,impact analysis,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics to compare and analyze the offensive and defensive capabilities of Liaoning team and Guangsha team in the four games of CBA League Finals in 2017-2018.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Age and body shapeIn terms of age,the ages of the two teams are not much different,but the starters of the Guangsha team are younger.In terms of height and weight,the average height of all the players in the two teams is relatively close,but the average weight of the Liaoning team is greater than that of the Guangsha team.In terms of the Quetelet index,the Liaoning team has more advantages.The average Quetelet index of the team and the average Quetelet index of the starters are significantly higher than the Guangsha team.2.Offensive aspectIn terms of scoring,the Liaoning team averaged more points than the Guangsha team,but the Guangsha team's strikers scored significantly more than the Liaoning team.In terms of shooting,the Liaoning team's 2-point and3-point shooting percentages are higher than the Guangsha team,and the shooting stability is better.In terms of penalty shot,the Guangsha team is higher than the Liaoning team in both the number of penalty shot and the percentage of penalty shot.In terms of assists,in addition to the number of assists from the center players,the Liaoning team is higher than the Guangsha team in other positions and assists.In terms of offensive rebounds,the Guangsha team's offensive rebounding is superior,but the offensive rebounding ability is not as good as that of the Liaoning team in other positions.In terms more fouls than the Guangsha team,and every five defenses will produce a foul.4.Offensive and defensive contribution rate of domestic and foreign playersThe domestic players of the Liaoning team are better than the Guangsha team's domestic players in the average score contribution rate,3-point score contribution rate,assist contribution contribution rate,defensive rebound rate,and steal rate players' 2-point and 3-point shooting,and at the same time give full play to the role of domestic players in assists and steals.(4)The team should strengthen the rebounding awareness of players in various positions,especially to focus on the rebounding ability of the forward players.(5)While introducing foreign players,the team can't simply examine the offensive ability of the players.At the same time,the team should give higherrequirements in defense and pay attention to the balance of offense and defense in the configuration of foreign players.(6)It is necessary to arrange targeted tactics for players with different technical characteristics and give full play to the special role of each player in the offensive and defensive system.
