Research And Empirical Analysis On Cost Control And Risk Management Of Curriculum Reform Projects In Vocational Colleges

Teaching is the core work of vocational colleges,and curriculum reform is the base of promoting all kinds of reforms in schools.Therefore,it is of great significance to attach importance to strengthen the management of curriculum reform projects for the smooth development of teaching work,the deepening,lasting,smooth and effective implementation of curriculum reform,and the improvement of teaching quality.The most important parts in curriculum reform projects are to have a better use of the curriculum reform funds,prevent risks and make the job carry out smoothly.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen cost and risk management in curriculum reform.Researches on the cost and risk management mechanism will promote the curriculum reform in vocational colleges,and provide reference for promoting curriculum reform in an all-round way.Focusing on the development process of curriculum reform projects in vocational colleges,this thesis analyzes the present situation of cost management in curriculum reform projects in vocational colleges from the perspectives of materials cost,labor cost,travel cost and subcontracting cost.It probes into the present situation of risk control in curriculum reform projects in vocational colleges from the perspectives of source risk,teacher risk and curriculum risk,this thesis analyses.And then,this thesis also studies the significance and promotional function of introducing cost and risk management control into the curriculum reform project in vocational colleges,providing a new scheme for the curriculum reform project management for vocational colleges.It establishes an evaluation system based on cost management and risk control in curriculum reform,and then conducts an empirical research about cost management and risk control.Through analyzing the background,characteristics,measures,policies and shortcomings of the case,based on the actual situation of the case,this thesis evaluates the cost management and risk control according to the evaluation system established.Finally,it puts forward some improvement and optimization schemes contraposing to the problems of cost management and risk control in the case so as to promote the successful implementation of curriculum reform projects in vocational colleges.
