Research On Higher Vocational Colleges Remodeling Project Risk Management And Its Application

At present,the cause of higher education is experiencing an unprecedented rapid development.Especially the higher vocational education,as a type of higher education,has been booming since 2002,as of 2015,China had opened 1336 higher vocational schools and colleges.To guarantee the level of development,the Connotation Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges have taken place of massive expansion.One of the important preconditions of Connotation Construction is the construction of infrastructure projects.Although the current college infrastructure continues to expand,but still unable to meet the needs of teaching and research.Hence it has brought new challenges to infrastructure work.Most of the High Vocational College's campus in the early stages of c onstruction,constrained by the explosive expansion student number,initiated projects hastily thus resulted in low standards or insufficient facilities.After running more than ten years,many problems emerged,sometimes it has reached the point where the y are unable to meet the needs of teachers and students,and renovation must be carried out to meet basic needs.Basic renovation projects were carried out within the existing campus.Due to the school's own work rules,the project's duration is limited.R elatively large construction project must be scheduled during the summer or winter,to avoid impact on teaching.A lot of time constraints pose great challenges.Therefore,the analysis,evaluation and management of risks of construction process possess gr eat practical significance.Based on the features of such projects,this paper presents theoretical analysis of risk identification and evaluation.At the same time,it comes up with appropriate measures for the administration of Party A.The main researc h contents are as follows:(1)By referring to the recent domestic reconstruction project,especially the progress of the renovation project schedule management in colleges and universities,as well as the risk of related works,it analyses the characteristics and difficulties.(2)based on expert interviews about the reconstruction project construction schedule risk factors qualitative evaluation,it builds up a risk analysis system covering risk identification,evaluation and its modes.Analytic hierarchy process is applied here.It provides guidance for the subsequent risk management and control.(3)It provides a comprehensive analysis of construction schedule risk management and quality improvement project evaluation of Vocational College of Changde.It covers the factors that influence the process and locates focal points in risk identification.Analytic hierarchy process is used to conduct risk assessment.Results show that three factors stand out: insufficient design constructability ? The implementation of change approval is not timely and unreasonable construction scheme.Specific risk control measures are put forward.
