The continuous reform of education means the progress of a country and The Times.The goal of education reform in China has gone through a process from “double bases-basic knowledge and skills training” to “three-dimensional goal” then to “core literacy”.This process reflects that the education reform has changed from focusing on teaching knowledge to emphasizing knowledge,methods and emotions at the same time,then it focuses on core literacy cultivating.This will make a great difference of China's education reform.However,this kind of education reform has brought great challenges to many front-line chemistry teachers.How to design the goal of chemistry teaching from “three-dimensional segmentation” to “integral integration” ? How is the teaching effect after the integrated design of chemistry teaching goal? At present,the solutions of above two problems must have been the top priority for chemistry teachers in teaching.In order to solve the above problems,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,case study and comparative study.Through collating and analyzing the literature about core literacy and three-dimensional goal at home and abroad,the author forms her own three-dimensional goal theory and core literacy view,and puts forward the strategy of integrated design of teaching goals,and applies it to practical teaching.The full text is divided into the following six parts:The first part is the preface.This part mainly explains the reasons for choosing the topic,research problems,research design ideas,research methods and research purposes and significance.The second part is a literature review.Through collecting and reviewing a large number of documents and books,this part elaborates on the research on three-dimensional goal and core literacy at home and abroad,and explains the existing problems in existing research,and puts forward its own three-dimensional goal theory and core literacy view.The third part is the connotation and relationship between three-dimensional goal and core literacy of chemistry.This part is based on the theory of “knowledge holism”,which refers to the real knowledge that constituted by knowledge content,form and value.On this basis,this part explains the connotation of three-dimensional goal and their trinity relationship.According to the understanding of core literacy,this part analyzes the core literacy connotation of chemistry and its construction.Then,on the basis of the differentiate and analyse between three-dimension goal and core literacy of chemistry,it makes analysis from the aspect of horizontal objects,content,and elements differences,and the aspect of longitudinal the relationship among specific contents.From the prospective of horizontal objects,the object of three-dimensional goal is curriculum,and the object of core literacy of chemistry is the person who is cultivated.From the prospective of content and elements differences,three-dimensional goals mainly include knowledge and skills,processes and methods,emotional attitudes and values.The core literacy of chemistry includes five elements: macro-identification and micro-analysis,change concept and balance thought,evidence reasoning and model recognition,scientific exploration and innovation consciousness,scientific spirit and social responsibility.Integrating these five elements into one to promote human development will make teaching object clear and integrative.Its longitudinal relationship shows that the core literacy of chemistry makes the content three-dimensional goal more concrete,visualized and subject-oriented.In addition,this part also deeply analyzes the connotation of integration of chemical teaching goals under the core literacy,which refers to effectively recombine,refine and integrate three dimensions of knowledge and to realize knowledge recreation.The fourth part is the integrated design strategy of chemistry teaching goals under the core literacy.This section proposes four strategies for how to integrate teaching goal:in-depth understanding of the integrity of core knowledge;in-depth study and analysis of student learning and development;Design and experience teaching activities for knowledge reproduction;teaching goal in an integrated design.The fifth part is the case analysis of the integrated design of chemistry teaching goals under the core literacy.This part mainly elaborates how to use the integration strategy to formulate teaching goal,taking "Redox Reaction" and "Ethanol" as examples,and Carries on the teaching practice of "Ethanol".By observing the performance ofstudents' classrooms,Sorting out the exercises after class and interviewing teachers and students,the author analyzes the teaching effects after practice and reflects on the problems in teaching.The sixth part is the conclusion.This section mainly describes the conclusions,shortcomings and future research directions of the research.
