Design And Implementation Of Public Opinion Management System Based On Focused Crawler

With the rapid development of the Internet and users increasing,the Internet has become the biggest platform of people's social suggestions and individual consciousness.By analyzing network users' comments and concerns on social events,police officers can carry out their work easily and provide services and assistance for the public more efficiently.Lots of the information on the Internet can improve police's work efficiency in many ways,such as suspects chasing,clue providing and traffic management aids.The public opinion management is still in early stages,so we are badly in need of a system which can help officers to deeply understand and use the network in order to offer better service to the public.The summary of this paper is as follow.(1)After deep analysis of the police demand about the public opinion management system,this paper refers to the advanced technology and methods of current systems so as to design and accomplish a new public opinion management system.The system will be able to cater for the needs of police work and also collect abundant Internet information to offer more powerful support.(2)The core functions of public opinion management system include information collection,information collation,information analysis,information communication and share.The key links of the system are: targeted use of rational technology,improve the processing efficiency of information and ensure the validity of data.The system will use the advanced web focused crawler technology to obtain more targeted and specific network information.The system can make use of the data warehouse tools provided by Oracle to organize the data as well.It can also introduce efficient methods of public opinion analysis,such as web mining and text mining to analyze information,which will provide police and users with more abundant and more in-depth information service.(3)In order to further manage and analyze the data,public opinion management system can handle web information in multiple structures and formats.It will convert all the web information into uniform data format and save them.After the system functional and performance tested,we found that the system designed in this paper has good stability toachieve the previous expectation.The system can handle most abnormal operations so it can provide more comfortable experience for its users.
