As the backbone of rural school physical education work,rural physical education teachers are also the lifeblood of rural school physical education success in practice.In recent years,the topic of rural physical education teachers mostly centers on "how to train rural physical education teachers",lacking of practical concern for the current situation of rural physical education teachers' leisure life,which undoubtedly ignores the working feelings and interests of rural physical education teachers.Therefore,researching and paying attention to the leisure life of rural physical education teachers not only helps to promote the professional development and promotion of rural physical education teachers,but also can achieve the overall improvement of rural physical education teachers' working quality of life.On the basis of previous studies,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods to investigate the current situation of leisure life of rural physical education teachers.By means of questionnaires and field interviews,this paper makes a thorough and detailed analysis of the leisure life of rural physical education teachers and its influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding solutions.This paper mainly studies the following parts:The first part is the preface.This paper expounds the researchbackground of the paper from three aspects: the realistic need of sustainable development of rural school physical education,the practical demand of physical and mental health development of rural physical education teachers and the interest of researchers;and expounds the significance of this research from both theoretical and practical aspects;classifies and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,aiming at providing valuable theoretical basis for leisure life of rural physical education teachers.The related core concepts are defined as the logical starting point of this paper.The second part is about the object and method of study.This paper mainly adopts the method of documentation.Questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics.Under the existing research background,agriculture is the key factor.Based on the design and validity of various indicators of leisure life of village physical education teachers,questionnaire content was formulated,and 210 rural physical education teachers from 34 rural schools in Changde City,Hunan Province,were investigated by stratified sampling and random sampling.The third part is a survey of the leisure life of rural physical education teachers.Through questionnaire survey and expert interviews,through the four dimensions of leisure time,leisure activities,leisure cognition and leisure environment,this paper investigates and reflects the present situation of leisure life of rural physical education teachers,andunderstands the existing problems of leisure life of rural physical education teachers.The survey results show that rural physical education teachers lack leisure life planning and leisure awareness;economic level constraints,the content and type of leisure activities are monotonous;work and life time occupies a large amount of time,leisure activity time is insufficient;lack of external resources,narrow leisure areas;cognitive bias in leisure life and low leisure satisfaction.The fourth part is the elaboration of the influencing factors of rural physical education teachers' leisure life.This paper will make a perspective analysis of the causes affecting the leisure life of rural physical education teachers from the four aspects of government,society,schools and themselves.The government level factors mainly include insufficient understanding and attention to rural leisure education;the social level factors mainly include the lack of innovative atmosphere in the social and cultural environment;the school level factors mainly include the long working hours occupying the leisure time;the physical education teachers themselves mainly include the lack of leisure knowledge and skills.The fifth part is to put forward countermeasures to improve the quality of leisure life of rural physical education teachers.Mainly from the government,society,schools and their own four levels of corresponding strategies.The government mainly formulates perfect ruralleisure education planning and policy;the social aspect mainly utilizes social resources to expand leisure life style and content;the school aspect mainly actively guides the creation of a harmonious leisure living environment;and the self-aspect mainly acquires leisure knowledge,skills and skills independently.
