As an important way to improve classroom teaching,class observation and evaluation plays an important role in improving classroom teaching quality and teachers' professional development.this study,Based on the perspective of peer evaluation,studies and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of chinese class observation and evaluation in primary school.Based on the analysis and influencing factors of the problems,it puts forward personal thoughts and suggestions to solve the problems,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Based on the improvement of the professionalism and the effectiveness of chinese class observation and evaluation in primary school,this study mainly includes three parts :theoretical analysis,investigation and research,and countermeasures and suggestions.The first part is the theory analysis.Based on the perspective of peer evaluation,this study studies the functions and characteristics of peer evaluation,the particularity of chinese class observation in primary school,the relationship between peer evaluation and chinese classobservation,and the proper state of chinese class observation based on peer evaluation,that is,chinese class observation should have scientific organization,active mutual assistance,professional dialogue,strong directivity,etc.In-depth analysis provides a solid theoretical basis for this study.The second part is investigation.In this study,82 chinese teachers from three primary schools in C City High-tech district were selected as the subjects of investigation.Quantitative data and qualitative data were collected through questionnaires,interviews and observation methods to examine the problems existing in peer evaluation of chinese teachers in primary school,such as lack of planning and cooperation;awareness deviation,low enthusiasm;lack of theory,too strong empirical;vague content,lack of pertinence.It is found that the main influencing factors are the lack of scientific and clear organizational system for chinese class observation and evaluation in primary school;the incomplete understanding of chinese teachers' listening and evaluation by traditional thoughts;the insufficient theoretical level of chinese teachers,which makes it difficult to break away from the‘experience' constraints;the lack of standards for chinese listening and evaluation,which makes it difficult to clarifythe content of listening and evaluation.The third part is solutions and suggestions.In view of the existing problems and their influencing factors of peer evaluation among chinese teacher in primary school,this study puts forward specific thoughts and suggestions,such as improving the organization,emphasizing cooperation;clarifying understanding,promoting common progress,strengthening learning,breaking through oneself,defining content and setting standards,etc.
