In the growing knowledge economy era,the requirement for teachers is much higher,whose professional ability should be more and more specific. In education, schools have already focused on the development of young teachers. Besides studying books about teaching a lot, and preparing lessons seriously, strengthening self-reflection,most importantly , teachers can evaluate other teacher's class. Evaluation is an important means for teaching research,also benefits for teachers teaching material,researching methodology ,as well as exchanging learning experience . Through their own open class,or listening to classes of others,teachers can achieve new ideas for their own teaching at the time of evaluation, which is a collision of various thoughts about teaching methods.How to maximize the efficiency of evaluation,Classroom observation is a kind of new method recently. Classroom observation, as the name implies, is through observation,to record the teaching program , analysis and research. On this basis of classroom observation, students' learning, the activities of teachers' professional development can be improved. And this paper will be based on primary mathematics teaching, research and analyse the present situation of primary mathematics teaching. Furthermore,it also research the necessity of classroom observation, and the importance of scale in the classroom observation.I have solved the problems and hope to develop it.
