The implementation process of the kindergarten one-day living system refers to the arrangement of the daily activities of the kindergarten and its time allocation.It points to the young children and reflects the living conditions of the children in the park.Based on the theory that the concept of teachers has a certain guiding role in educational activities,the concept of the implementation of the one-day living system in the minds of teachers must also affect the daily life of young children in the park.Therefore,this study mainly adopts the case study method.On the basis of the field visits to kindergartens,through the observation of teachers' words and deeds in the life organization of kindergartens,combined with the interview method,explores the hidden teachers in the implementation of the one-day life system in kindergartens.Concept,analyze its influencing factors,and reflect on it.The discussion in this paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.Including the reasons for choosing the topic,the definition of relevant concepts,the significance of the research,the literature review and the content and methods of the study.The second part studies the concept of teachers in theimplementation of the one-day living system.In this part,the researchers summarize the teacher's concept into an organized class life view,a high-controlled teacher role view,and a child-oriented time view through observations and interviews of teachers' words and deeds.In it,the rationality of the teacher's concept is analyzed.The third part analyzes the influencing factors of the formation of teachers' concept during the implementation of the one-day living system.It mainly analyzes the three aspects of teachers' own factors,kindergarten education pattern and social background.The fourth part is the thinking of the researchers.By summarizing the analysis of the concept rationality carried out in the previous article,the conflict of teachers' concept in the implementation of the one-day living system is summarized as the conflict between adult demand and child freedom,the conflict between unified action and individual demand.Finally,based on the reality of this conflict,in order to make kindergartens truly a place where children can live like children,we try to find a path from conflict to harmony from both teachers and kindergartens.
