Internet Public Opinion Crisis Early-warning For E-government Mobile Terminal APP Design

E-government is a new mode of administration,management and public service for the society.It refers to the full application of modern information technology,network technology and office automation technology in government affairs.With the continuous improvement of the level of administrative information in China,the efficiency of administrative service,the quality of service and the transparency of service have been greatly improved,and the extensive participation of the society has been won.The acceptance of social supervision in government administration is an important manifestation of public administration and public trust,and the Internet,as the main channel for public participation,plays an active role in administrative supervision and maintenance of social justice and justice.The Internet has become a bridge of information communication between the government and the public.The network public opinion reflects the ideological and attitude of the people and the ideology of the society.The correct,impartial and transparent guidance of public opinion can promote the harmonious development of the society and promote the national cohesion,and the wrong,extreme and purposeful public opinion will be disturbed.The social order is the laxity of the people.Therefore,in the process of e-government service,it is of great significance to pay attention to the network public opinion and to guide the public opinion correctly.It is of positive significance to the timely warning of public opinion crisis,the active solution o f public contradictions and the promotion of social development and progress.On the basis of the existing research theory,this paper,based on the existing research theory,analyzes the characteristics and structure levels of network public opinion on the basis of the existing research theory,and analyzes the characteristics and development stages of the network public opinion crisis,and discusses the connotation and process of the network public opinion crisis early warning,based on the existing research theory.The APP design is an important part of the government e-government.The positive and negative effects of Internet public opinion on E-government.From the perspective of technology,with the full coverage of the mobile network infrastructure and the popularization of intelligent equipment,the way people get information is more flexible.Micro-blog and WeChat have become the main channel of information dissemination,and the management of network public opinion is more inclined to mobile platfor m.In this paper,in the design and research of the mobile terminal APP of the network public opinion crisis facing the e-government,this paper uses the network self media as the analysis object,monitors the dynamic of the public opinion,the radar scan frequently,interprets the hot words,and uses the data mining technology to scan the linear and nonlinear data in order to judge accurately.The content and influence of public opinion are convenient for the government departments to make correct guidance and coping strategies so as to make the network public opinion develop in a positive direction.This paper uses literature research method and demand analysis method to study and design the APP system of public opinion crisis early-warning system,and analyzes the availability of the system function.The results prove that the system can achieve the availability of the life cycle of public opinion disposal and the customer satisfaction in dealing with the crisis of network public opinion,and the management of network public opinion in the government department.Provide quick response and effective strategies to provide technical support and basis.
