Study On The Construction Layout And Supporting Facilities Of Sports Parks In Dalian

Sports park is a multifunctional complex place featuring sports and fitness,serving the national fitness activities,making full use of the green space of the park,and integrating sports,leisure and entertainment,tourism,ecological protection and sports culture education.Sports parks can make use of relatively limited urban land to organically integrate sports venues and urban green space and provide a natural,comfortable and beautiful sports environment for national fitness.They are ideal sports venues and facilities around the masses.Therefore,the Chinese government attached great importance to the sports park.A series of documents issued by the state have pointed out the direction for the construction of sports parks and promoted the rapid development of sports parks in China.Dalian has a profound sports culture and a good foundation for mass sports.Documents such as the 13 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Sports in Dalian issued by Dalian municipal government also put forward specific tasks for the construction of sports parks,which undoubtedly accelerated the pace of the construction of sports parks in Dalian.At present,although the development of Dalian sports park is relatively rapid,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently,such as unreasonable construction layout and inadequate supporting facilities.This thesis used the methods of documentation,interview,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics to explore the existing problems in the development of Dalian sports park from the aspects of construction layout and supporting facilities,and used the theory of "central geography" and "point-axis system" in economic geography to guide it.Based on the characteristics of coastal tourism city,the unique topography and geomorphology characteristics,the sports needs of the masses and the sports culture in Dalian,this thesis put forward suggestions and countermeasures for the development of sports parks in Dalian to promote the optimization of the layout of sports parks and the rational allocation of supporting facilities,which could provide reference for the urban planning department and the construction management department of sports parks in Dalian,promote the development of sports parks in China and contribute to the implementation of the national fitness strategy.The research found that the current construction forms of Dalian sports park could be divided into four types: special sports theme park,mountain sports fitness park,comprehensive sports park and riverside belt sports park,and there are the followingproblems at present: 1.the construction layout is not reasonable enough,and the regional distribution is unbalanced;2.the supporting facilities are not perfect enough,and the utilization is insufficient;3.the management and maintenance are not in place,and it is wanting in feedback mechanism;4.the propaganda and promotion are insufficient,and the ways of sports culture dissemination are too few.In view of the above problems,the following suggestions were put forward: 1.Planning rationally to promote balanced development of all regions of Dalian.Using the theory of "central geography" and "point-axis system" to guide the construction layout,and combining the distribution of residential areas,traffic conditions and administrative divisions to optimize the layout.2.Perfect the construction of supporting facilities and fully develop the intangible assets of sports parks.We should improve the facilities of sports parks,stadiums,related infrastructure and management services to improve the service level of sports parks.3.Strengthen management and maintenance and establish feedback mechanism.To clarify the management and service departments of sports parks and receive timely feedback from the masses.4.Strengthen propaganda and promotion,and use various ways to disseminate sports culture.Use traditional media and new media such as network to strengthen the propaganda of sports parks,display sports fitness knowledge and disseminate sports culture in sports parks.5.Vigorously develop the theme sports park of ice and snow sports,and focus on the development of tourism leisure sports park.Combining with the national ice and snow sports related favorable policies and the characteristics of coastal tourism city,we should focus on the development of related types of sports parks.
