Status And Countermeasures Of Resource Allocation Of Sports Facilities In Changchun City Park

Urban park green space is an important open space in the city and the main activities of the city residents,public facilities within the park is an important part of urban public sports facilities.Taking Changchun City Park as an example,this paper investigates the park fitness facilities and tourists satisfaction by field observation,questionnaire survey and interview,and analyzes the number,types,characteristics,tourist satisfaction and management and maintenance of park sports facilities.And puts forward the development countermeasures from the aspects of satisfying the diversified fitness needs of the tourists,strengthening the management and maintenance and use guidance as well as increasing the investment and policy making so as to provide reference for perfecting the system of urban park sports service.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)facilities targeted single population.Residents are the main participant in park sports activities,so residents' enthusiasm for sports is directly related to the development of sports activities in parks.(2)planning and construction is unreasonable.Many venues due to land resources constraints,leading to unreasonable layout of sports facilities,park sports facilities layout must be based on land resources for the layout,such as spatial layout becomes crowded,equipment-intensive and so on.(3)Facilities are in disrepair.Many of the park's sports facilities from the park after the unmanned and maintenance,facilities,old,rusty,until no one behind the facilities,facilities become furnishings.This is mainly due to the lack of professional management and maintenance personnel,park sports facilities on a regular basis maintenance and care,the park leaders did not pay attention.(4)The sources of sports financial resources in parks are single and few.Park sports financial resources lag,which makes the already inadequate funding for the park more tense,and this situation in a very long period of time is difficult to be improved.Park sports more forward,the demand for sports funding is bound to become increasingly large,park sports funding for the reality of this park constraints on the development of sports will also be more and more.(5)lack of professional talent.Most of the park without social sports instructor duties,mass physical exercise lack of scientific guidance of professionals,is not conducive to the improvement of citizen fitness effect.Park sports organization and management development is not perfect,park sports alone residents of the spontaneous organization and management is not enough,the city park sports management system need to accelerate the construction,which is to achieve sustainable development of park sports in China an important guarantee.
