The manifestations of autism are mainly repetitive stereotypes,language de velopment disorders,and social communication barriers.They are a developmen tal barrie that affects patients' life.There is still no effective explanation for th e cause of the disease.The current incidence of autism is on the rise,and mo re and more children with autism have been diagnosed,which has aroused the concern of the society.As the main caregiver of children with autism,parents of autistic children play a vital role in the education and care of autistic childr en.Parents of children with autism need to pay more than ordinary people's p atience and responsibility in the care and rehabilitation of children.Long-term care will inevitably lead to multiple nursing pressures.Through the participatory observation method and interview method combi ned with the author's internship experience in A institution of Urumqi City,thi s article conducted an in-depth interview with 8 parents of autistic children in A institution of Urumqi City,and found that the common pressure faced by pa rents of autistic children are mainly about economic,education environment,f amily,rehabilitation training,psychological,physical health and society enviro nment.By analyzing the common stress coping styles used by parents of autist ic children,the author finds that parents of autistic children often feel helpless when they are not able to cope well with stress due to lack of professional a dvice and assistance.On this basis,the author proposes relevant countermeasur es and suggestions,mainly from the individual level,social support level and p olicy of autistic children parents from the perspective of empowerment.
