The 2010 Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)put the development of preschool education at an important position,and the State Council's Opinions on the Current Development of Pre-school Education pointed out the problems that existed in preschool education at that time.And the future direction of preschool education.The development of preschool education by the state also means that the state needs a large number of qualified early childhood teachers.As the main institution for the training of preschool teachers,colleges and universities are mainly responsible for the training of preschool professionals at the specialist level.In order to cultivate preschool professionals who meet the needs of social development,the reform of the personnel training model of preschool majors in colleges and universities is more important and urgent.This research mainly through the questionnaire and interview to the preschool education graduates of normal University,from the perspective of the graduates to reflect on the problems existing in the pre-vocational education training model,discuss the reasons,and put forward suggestions and suggestions to improve the preschool education professional training model.The thesis is composed of five parts: The first part is the introduction part,which mainly introduces the research background,significance,current research situation at home and abroad,assumptions,ideas and contents,research methods and research characteristics;The second part is the theoretical foundation of the study,which mainly constructs the theoretical basis of this study from the theory of preschool talents cultivation mode,student satisfaction theory and professional curriculum theory;The third part is the design and implementation part of this study.It mainly introduces the design,implementation and data analysis of the research results.The fourth part is about the problems existing in the training mode of preschool education professionals.It mainly points out the problems existing in the training mode of preschool education professionals from the four links of training goals,curriculum setting,training process,and training evaluation,and analyzes the reasons behind the problems.;The fifth part is about the improvement of the training mode of preschool education professionals.The study found that graduates 'overall satisfaction with the pre-vocational education training model was not high.Among them,the satisfaction of the curriculum is the lowest among the four elements of the training model,and the lower the monthly income,the lower the satisfaction of the training model.Specifically,it includes the lack of precise orientation of training goals,the failure of curriculum setting to meet the needs,the relatively backward teaching content,methods and methods,and the single teaching evaluation method.The reasons for this include the reasons at the social and school levels,including the gap between the increase in socialneeds and the actual situation,the contradiction between the level of support and the actual needs,and the difference in the level of work pressure and treatment.From the school level,it includes the problems such as the failure to keep pace with the times,the lack of students 'differences in the training model,and the lack of teachers' construction.In order to improve the pre-professional training model of preschool education in normal universities,it can be derived from the four dimensions of the training model and from the training goals.Policy guidelines and social needs need to be taken into account in setting training goals,distinguishing between different types of training goals,improving training goals in line with local needs,and respecting market needs.As far as the curriculum structure is concerned,it is necessary to optimize the curriculum structure with the "professional standards for kindergarten teachers",optimize the curriculum content with the needs of students,design special courses for different students,and rationally arrange course time.The improvement of the training process emphasizes the optimization of preschool teachers,the creation of composite teachers,the expansion of practice bases,the strengthening of practical training guidance,the strengthening of classroom supervision,and the optimization of teaching methods.In the improvement of the culture evaluation,the emphasis is on strengthening the monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality,constructing an all-round training evaluation subject,broadening the content system of training evaluation,and forming a diversified training evaluation method.
