Social progress and development need innovation.In order to build an innovative country,we must achieve it through scientific and technological innovation.Higher education is an important way to realize scientific and technological innovation in our country.In recent years,our country has issued a number of policies to strengthen the construction of "double first-class",aiming at cultivating top-notch innovative talents.Postgraduate education is the key to the construction of "double first-class".The construction of "double first-class" needs such talents with innovative spirit and ability.However,at present,compared with developed countries,the level of creativity of graduate students in China still needs to be improved.Therefore,the cultivation of postgraduate creativity is still the focus of current education reform.How to effectively improve the level of postgraduate creativity has become an important topic in postgraduate education.Our country's higher education mainly adopts the way of tutorial system to train postgraduates.In the postgraduate career,the tutor is an important guide in the process of scientific research,life and future job hunting,and the role of the tutor can not be ignored.At present,there are only a few empirical studies on tutor's guidance style in China.And tutorial guidance is the key to postgraduate education.It is of great significance to explore the relationship between tutorial style and postgraduate creativity.This paper will combine the self-efficacy theory in social cognitive theory with the three-dimensional interaction theory,creativity theory and goal-oriented theory in the related research of organizational behavior and pedagogy to build a model of tutor support and postgraduate creativity and self-efficacy.In this model,firstly,it will analyze the role of academic support,emotional support and self-support in postgraduate creativity.Secondly,the indirect mechanism of tutor support to postgraduate creativity is analyzed.And the mediating effect of self-efficacy between tutor support and postgraduate creativity is explored.In addition,based on goal-oriented theory,this paper explores the situational effect of learning goal-oriented in the model.Finally,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey among 467 postgraduates from South China University of Technology to verify the above models ? hypotheses,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Tutor support can promote postgraduate creativity,among which emotional support,independent support and academic support can promote postgraduate creativity.(2)Self-efficacy plays a mediating role between tutor support and postgraduate creativity.(3)Learning goal orientation can promote the influence of tutor support on postgraduate self-efficacy and creativity.In the end,according to the conclusions,this paper puts forward the theoretical contributions and practical enlightenment from four perspectives: the management of University tutors,the way of tutors' guidance,the training units of graduate students and the individual training of graduate students.
