Research On The Policies Of Entrepreneurship Support For College Students In Fujian Province

In the 21 st century,the number of college graduates in China is increasing,and the employment pressure of graduates is also increasing,more and more college students have chosen the road of entrepreneurship,which has attracted extensive attention from the society,at the same time,all kinds of problems in the path of entrepreneurship are increasingly emerging.Among them,entrepreneurship policy is indispensable for entrepreneurs.It not only guides,encourages and supports entrepreneurs,but also restricts and standardizes the entrepreneurial behavior.This study takes Fujian Province as an example to analyze the entrepreneurship support policy system for college students in Fujian Province.To understand the role of this policy system in alleviating the employment pressure of college graduates in Fujian Province and solving the difficulties for college students to start a business,but there is still a certain gap between the expected effect of the policy,and some policies fail to be fully implemented,which become obstacles for college students to start a business.The main reason is that existing policies have the following problems:Multiple subjects of policy implementation,unclear responsibilities;the practical effect of entrepreneurial policy support is not strong;the entrepreneurial financing policy system is too single;the entrepreneurial education policy is not sound enough;the entrepreneurial environmental policy is not perfect.By summarizing the experience of some provinces and cities in China,the inspiration to support the entrepreneurship of college students in Fujian Province,including:focus on whole-process support,focus on supporting,focus on targeted policies and focus on optimizing entrepreneurial environment,etc,the paper also puts forward the following,supervision and feedback on the implementation of the entrepreneurship policy for college students in Fujian Province,and strives to build an effective policy evaluation system,therefore,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the supporting policies of college students' entrepreneurship in Fujian Province,in order to make the policies to guarantee the implementation of college students' entrepreneurship and protect the entrepreneurial process of entrepreneurs.
